We just finished a refi, using Derek Taylor and Rebecca Tapp. They were both efficient, responsive, pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need help in that area. we have lived in town 42+ years and have refinanced a few times with different houses. This time the process went pretty smoothly and we are happy with the results.

I would like to send out a Heartfelt, "Thank You" to Mr. Derek Taylor, Ms. Paige Robinson and the rest of the mortgage team at One Nevada Credit Union. We started our process in May of 2023, and it was not easy by no means, but they never gave up. After a short phone call with Mr. Taylor, the ball got rolling, and Today 2/14/24, the Game is over, and we Won!!! We were able to close the loan and keep our Mother's house in the family. I'm sure she's smiling down on you both as well for your hard work... Words cannot express my gratitude, but I hope you both know how much this means to our family and to me. Thank you. I recently closed on my first new home. As a first time home buyer i had a lot of questions through out the whole process, Derek and Tanya were always there to help and answer all of my questions and concerns. Overall a great experience through out the whole process specially since it was my first time on a house buying journey

Derek Taylor and his processor made this process easy. Derek was always responsive to our emails and closed our loan in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using One Nevada Credit Union- Derek in particular. Interest rates are fantastic and process was extremely easy.

I would like to thank Roger W and Tanya C for overseeing my mortgage application process and all the steps required until I received my key! On the front end, Roger was very effective at explaining things and answering all my questions. As soon as I found my home and Tanya got involved, she was on top of everything!!! There were multiple updates throughout the day and when it came to my questions, she was very effective at explaining things. She is also very good at getting ahead of challenges BEFORE they present themselves and slow down the process. I can not imagine a lending team that does any better than One Nevada Credit Union.

We want to thank Anthony T. and Tanya C. for processing our mortgage loan on our first home! Anthony (loan officer) was warm and welcoming throughout the entire process. He gave us clear information about the programs available for us and made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. We can't thank him enough! Tanya knew what she was doing and made it easy for us to gather all of the necessary documents needed to fulfill any pending conditions. Whenever we had a question or concern Tanya was able to answer them. Our little ones would love to thank you two as well

My first time buying a home and I'm glad I decided to go with One Nevada Credit Union. Kenneth and Tanya took care of me and made the experience easy to understand. They were both very attentive to any questions I had and answered every one of them. Tanya made the closing experience easy and updated me every step of the way. I definitely recommend going through One Nevada for a Mortgage loan!

Omg, I wished I read these reviews before decided to applied for a home loan. The loan officer does not acknowledged ours emails and texts messages, I feel so disrespectful, and disappointed she said by Monday 04/11/ I could receive a call and the aprove letter. I might have to go with a different lender because One Nevada doesn't care about me. The loan officer does not keep me updated at all and it's causing me to have enxienty with the unknown expectation.

I recently refinanced my mortgage with One NV and was absolutely impressed with the high level of service. I worked with Ruth Hernandez as she has assisted me in the past. As countless times before she assisted me with urgency and ensured all my questions were answered. She kept me updated on the process and whenever I reached out for help she responded. I know a lot of companies out there offer assistance with mortgage needs but if you're looking for someone who works with a high level of integrity, please ask for Ruth. My refinance was done within 30-days and never did I feel like I was a bother. I've heard nightmare stories about how people have a hard time reaching their MLO or in some cases never get a response only to have to follow up numerous times and be told "sorry, we have lots of customers/clients/members wanting to refinance and didn't have time to call you back". I get it rates are low (now higher as I did my loan a couple months ago) but if your MLO isn't responding start your process with Ruth. She is amazing!!!
