The over draft fee is way too much. For . 16 Cents over I I got charged 35.00 plus 2 more dollars for Day. It used to be a over draft only if was for 200 dollar or moore. What happened.????

It's incredible you can never pay they don't take cash debit check the first time they told me I could pay with my debit card and they gave me a cash advance and I paid $40 more my bank made an electronic payment that was recorded as they ordered and they received it because they gave confirmation they charged it and they say no my bank is already in dispute stay away from that bank I saw all your lousy reviews

For the past 3 months I had been unable the review my statement. On 2 accounts I spoken to 2 acct. rep., 2 supervisors Shawn and Jenny and a manager by the the of name Kate who could not return a call after waiting 25 minutes. I waited on her to take the call. Not please with the service of this company. If by chance a CEO or person in charge of reading these reviews can pass this message over to someone who has concerns for the customer because the folks that I mention were useless. So glad they didn't ask for a survey to be done. Poorly that service I received poorly.

March 2015 Had a bank account & secured credit card with them . I got busy and wasnt able to access account to pay. Account was closed with a $300 balance which was charged off.While trying to negotiate a payment to delete the error, they refuse to. (Bank if America did it) Even went into 2 different branches to talk to managers and when we mentioned "collections" they came up with lies as to how managers are gone (lies).Credit card payments dont reflect for like 3 days because they dont own the card. They lack many modern amenities of modern backs.

The people at one nevada are always very helpful. My money's always been fine. I do wish they had a business IP url data path internal revenue service. That would be excellent. Other than that they are a great company to bank with.

I refinanced a mortgage through ONCU, a few years ago, which was a huge drag ‐ extensive delays and nearly impossible to get ahold of someone via phone.Now, I'm trying to get a mortgage pre-approval, which has been a complete dead end: Impossible to talk to a person and leaving voice messages does nothing, regardless of the automated system stating, that the call would be returned in 48-72 hours.The level of service and attitude at this place has been reminiscent of a DMV or a post office - negligent and disinterested to do their job.

I dealt with Gary Cochrane regarding our home loan and he could not have been more professional, nice, informative, and helpful. Everyone I have dealt with at One Nevada Credit Union corporate office is always so friendly and willing to help. I have been a long time customer and plan on being a loyal customer. Thank you Gary!

This place is horrible not only did they lie to me multiple times over the phone, after making a complaint about the behavior I had a representative from the branch call me to explain that because of the patriot act they couldnt open an account for me. Which is insane. I'm a resident of Nevada, and have an address in the state. So what I learned was the bank just decides rules based on arbitrary reasons, and due to murky handling of customers information, they're been involved in multiple class action lawsuits, it's why this credit unions wikipedia was written by a company rep, and is made like an advertisement. They've also changed their name multiple times after the various lawsuits they've been part of. NEVER EVER BANK HERE!

Allowing straight out senior financial abuse, will not even stop payment on a check that cleared yesterday that was not written by member holder to ? - well that is the point, it is fraud !!!!! They will not even close accounts immediately to keep it from reoccurring - that fraudulent person is likely to wipe out my 92 year old mother's accounts over the weekend, today being Friday and she is in CA and One Nevada is only in Reno or Vegas!
