For my original review, I worked with Mellinna who was excellent. This time, I worked with Tim Washington who was absolutely outstanding. He was very polite, very patient, and provided tons of pictures and answered tons of questions. As with last time, I was looking for another JD, but found one I wanted even more from a private seller that was not at the store, so I had to pass. I highly recommend Tim and would be happy to work with him again in the future.

I had an amazing experience purchasing from Tourbillon Boutique! They have a great selection of watches. Very friendly, professional and no pressure environment. The store is very nice and appealing. Janerson patiently and promptly answers all my inquiries. Genuinely very helpful. Great customer service in-person or over the phone. Highly recommended.
