Omega in the Bellagio - Oh, where to begin. What a fantastic establishment. I had a great experience with Jeremy, who was able to answer all of my questions, let me try on every piece that I was interested in and overall provided my wife and I an excellent experience with Omega. If you are looking for an Omega, look no further, this is the boutique to go to.

I had such a great experience shopping at the omega store, Joel Bonilla helped me choose the perfect Speedmaster to fit my style.
Joel's zero pressure approach along with extensive knowledge of the OMEGA brand allowed me to make my watch purchase decision with confidence.
I will definitely return to the Omega watch store located in the Bellagio Hotel to visit my friend Joel and the wonderful staff who work there..

Joel was phenomenal. Could not have asked for better/friendlier service from all staff at the Omega store. Went in with an idea of what I wanted, tried on various styles without feeling rushed or pressured. Every detail from friendly greeting, to expert knowledge and great conversation all around led to going home with a beautiful Omega watch to be enjoyed for a lifetime.

I had been admiring the new Speedmaster Moonwatch in steel and mooonshine gold for some time and while staying at the Bellagio I visited this Omega boutique. Hanna Pomfret spent a lot of time showing me the timepiece and was able to answer all my questions in an exceptionally professional and polite manner. After giving it some thought I returned the following day and purchased it. That experience was also top notch. I highly recommend this boutique!

While visiting the Belagio botanical gardens. We decided to look at some of the boutiques in the area.
The Omega Boutique caught my husband’s attention. I immediately said, let’s go in & take a look since he’s been wanting a new timepiece for a while.
We were greeted by Hanna & Joel who happens to originally be from Hawaii. Hanna was so helpful. We were looking at the speedmaster pieces but she knew that Joe would be the Seamaster type. Hanna offered to have him try on a piece from the display which we both liked but then went in back & brought out the black faced Seamaster 300. It was love at first sight.
We purchased the watch, had it sized & they were kind enough to ship the watch box home. We received it the same day we arrived back to the islands. Great customer service!

Great service. Very friendly and accommodating. I was the only one that made a purchase, but was with two friends. They treated my friends well and provided everyone with refreshments.
I'll feel comfortable going back for a complementary watch cleaning and to browse whenever I'm in Vegas.
Zero issues, and again the service was wonderful.

Of course a boutique will provide a premium experience, and that is true here. But I have only had one meaningful visit to the boutique while on a trip to Las Vegas. This review is really about my experience with one person, Lottie. She has been incredibly helpful, and has been more available than she should (responding to a text while out of the country!) and proactively reaching out to me about things going on in the Omega world. Please ask for Lottie, and enjoy a professional, personal experience that will set a high bar for all of your watch purchase experiences.

Joel was great to work with on my watch purchase. He was very helpful, friendly and patient during the whole process. I had some issues with my credit card company wanting to approve a large purchase in Las Vegas , but Joel was a big help in getting through that process. I would highly recommend him.
