Omalza is freaking amazing!!! Ian and crystal are incredible trainers and they always make sure you correctly do and understand the workouts. My sis and I did the 6 week challenge and we definitely saw the results with the support of Ian and crystal. I would highly recommend this amazing family gym.

Omalza Fitness has been helpful for me in so many ways throughout the years. With Ian's guidance and knowledge I recently was able to finish my 6 week challenge. I've gained more confidence because of my improvement in body weight, muscle mass and lifestyle. I'm so grateful for the constant dedication that Ian, Crystal and Seth put into this gym. This is the kind of atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to better yourself. Their passion shows and I'm so appreciative for their guidance. A huge plus is having support and encouragement from fellow gym members.

After having multiple other friends over the years go to Omalza Fitness, I decided to join in on their 6 Week Challenge. I hadn't been doing my weight training as frequently as I'd like the last couple years and was looking for some accountability and fresh atmosphere. You're immediately welcomed into the group by trainers, as well as other clients who are attending the group classes with you. Initial weigh-ins include lean muscle and body fat composition in order to track your progress throughout the program. As you progress, feedback is given by trainers on where to modify your fitness schedule, food intake, additional cardio, etc. This all comes in a format and language that's easy to follow. My personal goal was to bring down body fat while also packing on as much lean muscle weight as possible. Ian Omalza was able to cater to my goals and implemented a plan for success. With weigh-ins twice a week, we were able to fine tune my plan along the way. For me, this included additional caloric intake, and unsurprisingly, more sleep for body recovery. It was eye opening to get a new sense for different aspects of my body, and I truly feel more in tune with myself Overall, my numbers were as follows after 6 weeks: Weight: 183.0lbs to 189.2lbs Body Fat: 16% to 14.9% Lean Muscle: 87.3lbs to 91.9lbs I have since decided to continue with the monthly unlimited classes program that Omalza offers. I enjoy the family atmosphere and surrounding myself with like-minded people who have similar goals in mind. If I can accomplish this in 6 short weeks, I look forward to seeing what the Omalza team and I can come up with in the future.

Life happened and wasn't taking care of myself. Wasn't watching what i was eating and not exercising regular. I was feeling uncomfortable In my clothes and I had to make a life change. I reached out to Ian via Instagram and we discussed my goal. For the next few weeks I trained with Ian via Online, since I don't live in Vegas going into Ian's gym wasn't an option. We would FaceTime each other and Ian would coach me through exercises. I followed his diet plan (nothin fancy here just clean eating) and tracked my meals. 6 weeks later I'm down 16.5lbs gained 4.6lbs, lost 11.2% body fat, and feeling better then ever. If your looking for someone who will hold you accountable and coach you up Ian Omalza is your guy. Thank you Ian for everything and can't wait for these next 6 weeks.

I am so incredibly thankful for the six week challenge and everybody at Omalza Fitness. Initially, I was inspired to do the challenge to get bikini ready for vacation, but after my results, I'm hooked. I have lost 6.6% body fat and gained 1.6 lbs of muscle. I have also lost 11.4 Lbs! I am so beyond pleased! This was the first time in my life I've felt comfortable in a bikini! it's also the first time in my life I can do real pushups, and not just a few! I highly recommend doing this challenge!The program is set up so well. I'll admit, after going 3 to 4 years with very little exercise and no weight lifting experience, I was nervous to start the program. The first class wasn't easy, but I powered through with the help of my Omalza coaches and other challenge members. The support and community you build here is incredible and one of the reasons I believe the program is so successful. They also give you all the tools to succeed. You get a personalized nutrition plan and they check in with you via text to make sure it's working for you. The accountability aspect of this program really made a huge difference for me. No more slacking! ha. It's exactly what I needed.Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Omalza Fitness! Thank you Ian for always giving me the best workouts and educating me! Fast forward many years, I had a baby and was looking for a gym to jumpstart my journey to getting back into shape, lose fat, and build muscle. I knew the perfect place for that, Omalza's! I've been coming here for months and cannot recommend it enough. The workouts are intense in exactly the way you would want them to be. You will hit all the muscles and be guided through weightlifting form and technique. Of all the other classes I've ever done, I've never managed to burn as many calories as I do here. All the trainers are great, super helpful, & inspiring. That was especially important when I came back post-partum looking for that extra help and support. Additionally, I've met a lot of wonderful people in the classes as well. Super friendly vibe all around. I joined Omalza Fitness in January after my last gym closed down. I love the gym and the classes! Classes are small enough where the trainer can give you their personal attention.The exercises in the classes are different everyday so the trainers always keep you guessing! I love that I found this gym!!

I recently joined Omalza Fitness in January. I'm so thankful I did! The trainers are amazing and take their time to teach form and technique. The classes are small so it feels like semi-private training sessions. I've met a lot of great people with similar goals. I'm so grateful to call this gym my second home.

I initially joined the 6week challenge. I was feeling sluggish, bloated and just not me. My approach to fitness was, "I can just work this off. I'm running around most of my days at work, I'll be alright" but when my scrubs start feeling snug, I had to change something. The diet was the hardest part to change. Ian and Chris were involved and did a weekly check-in with me to see how I was doing and keep my accountable. Classes are weightlifting based, are challenging, and the coaches give you a variety of exercises. Because of the small class sizes, the coaches are able to give you feedback on your form, push you to go faster or harder and the members are also encouraging. I run consistently. I eat healthy-ish. I don't have great genetics, so I do what I need for my mental and physical health. But no matter how many marathons I run, watching what I eat, even intermittent fasting, my weight was not ideal and my energy was constantly drained. I had a big box membership, treadmill at home, but trying to figure it all out on my own was not working. Hence, the search for some guidance... Omalza had impressive reviews on yelp, what got me was a review from someone that also had a thyroid condition. I called the number, and the rest is history. The workouts at Omalza are Challenging - like, legit sweat drenched every workout. All of the coaches are great and help you with the exercises even if you have zero knowledge of a machine or movement. Ian guides you through your nutrition, and listens to what your goals are. He is patient, humble, an all-around nice guy but also pushes you to achieve beyond what you didn't think you could do. There's no fasting or starving yourself, I actually had more food than what I normally had before. The formula is lift weights and eat. "Eat to grow muscle, eat to burn fat" & "Lift weights to build muscle, lift weights to burn fat" Lift the heavier weights, ladies! Ian and his wife are bodybuilding champs as well - the true meaning of "Lead By Example". Omalza's 6-week challenge was the missing piece to seeing the results I needed.
