I've had a couple different steak items gifted to me from friends...
I think I know now why they gave it to me.
The steaks were edible, but nothing to write home about.
Tender but no flavor.
Wished I would have taken photos, frozen in package looks amazing, but only thaw slightly, otherwise you get a Grey colored lump of something.

Ordered the beéf and chicken special that Omaha Steak posted on facebook on Dec12 and have not received it yet. I hope it is not a scam. Subpost to be here yesterday. I will get a lawyer to see if they can help me.

My first order from Omaha steaks was a promo for a gift package. I was supposed to get 4 filet mignon but ended up with 2 filets and 2 top sirloin. Also no chicken. I called customer service and was told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I will never order from them again no will I recommend them to any of my friends. Terrible customer service!

The steaks are good as is the rest of the meat. The problem I have is they sold my e-mail address to every possible source that sends junk mail. I called and asked if they did this and they confirmed they did. Not very happy with all the junk messages!

Appox 7 years ago I moved to Las Vegas and found a flyer on my door from Omaha Steaks local retail store. I figured what the heck I'll give them a try, had heard how wonderful they were. I went there and purchased their Pkg deal and if I submitted my email I would get another 10% off so I did - well they were not any better than a local butcher shop I found though, the burgers were not bad. I have not been back since.But for years I have been bombarded with emails, since about June of this year 23 I have requested my email be removed by "Unsubscribing" on that selection in the mailings I've done that over 40 times and received over 40 replies that "We have removed the following email address from our list as requested" but I still got email after email after email. I had enough and informed them that I had filed a complaint with the FCC and what do you know, I received one from a person - I will not provide her name - that was CEC Supervisor of Omaha Steaks. according to her it was not from them, "Somehow" a third Party, in this case it was Google and Omaha Steaks had no idea of how to stop them - it was up to me to figure it out, they were not responsible.SO - be warned, Omaha Steaks "Unsubscribe" selection is a big joke and you will receive their emails for life from Google "Somehow" maybe magic or is it possible that the email was sold to Google along with another few million people. All this for a product that, in my opinion, was not worth my money. But, Hey, you may love it just be willing to get emails every day sometimes more than once or twice.

I always get a great deal here. The food is relatively inexpensive given the higher grade of beef, poultry, seafood etc.It's best to check the website first and get stock item numbers to help locate the items and prices more quickly for you.There's much more to Omaha Steaks than just higher grade steaks. I have found a lot of surprises regarding available food stuff. Very pleased. I accidentally left four stars for my previous online experience when it could or should have been five: even more for the help I got from customer service rep Deanna back on the fifteenth or so of May '23. I extend five stars for the five star service I always get at the location on Rainbow and Lake Mead inside Best of the West. You can't miss those signs and you're there. You won't be sorry, I don't recommend the peanut butter chicken, in fact I would avoid it completely at any price. Personal taste maybe, but once people try it, it's possibly the one item they will regret spending much for and never again purchase.I cannot think of one other single item I would not go back for. The raw (Brazilian???) shrimp is second to none anywhere at any price... I'm rambling. Great, wide variety of the best quality food you could ask for.

I received my order today of sticky toffee pudding cakes and chicken in pastry shells. The sticky toffee pudding is amazing. I haven't tried the chicken yet, that will be tomorrow for dinner. I'm so happy with this company and will be a regular customer. It didn't take longer ng for my order to get here either. Less than a week. Great customer service too.. ???? Update the chicken in pastry is delicious! Will definitely be reordering both the sticky toffee pudding cake and this chicken!! ??

Not great at all! I drove all the way here from the other side of Las Vegas because on their online store said they had some of the stuff I was looking for in-store. The guy was no help at all I asked him for multiple stuff and he kept saying “no we don’t have it” He didn’t even try to look! Waste of my TIME AND MONEY ANDDDDD GASS ;(

Similarly with other reviewers I had some pretty unpleasant experiences ordering online with customer reps that were possibly dishonest.However my experience at their brick and mortar store on Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV has been nothing less than five stars. Excellent customer service. Top rated food. Hard to believe how well you can do there. Incredible deals.

Not very happy with the service. We have in the past sent our 2 children great packages for Christmas. This year we picked out a great package and paid for it. It was suppose to be delivered December 6th instead a certificate was mailed to them to pick out an entirely different package less stuff and choice. Very dissatisfied and this will be the last year and time that I will ever order anything from them again. Be careful out there make sure what you select for your packages they receive it and not a certificate for them to choose from a less selection.

I had heard so much about this company, so last Saturday I thought I would order a Thanksgiving meal for 4. I even paid $10 extra for a more "timely" delivery NO LATER THAN YESTERDAY, 11/23/22. I waited the entire day until 8 p.m. and, well, you guessed it. It didn't happen. I CANCELED THE ORDER at 10:15 p.m. last nite - called my friends & suggested they go elsewhere - that I had no dinner for them from Omaha for this special occasion. Spent over $125 for a turkey rolande and all the "fixins". I will probably eat Lean Cuisine today...The upset and anger I feel I hope Omaha feels right down to their phoney-baloney sales staff. Burned once and this, I assure you, will NEVER happen again so I hope you all reading this understand why I cannot recommend them in good faith; because mine is destroyed.

I've been ordering from them for about 2 years and am done. The food is many times not good and they ship my order ground which arrives thawed. They want me to pay extra for shipping to send it via air so that it will arrive frozen. I'm done with them.
