Often in life we only leave reviews when we are annoyed or disappointed about services - well this review is completely different. I am from Ireland and currently working in Philadelphia/King of Prussia area and decided, call into KOP Shopping Mall to have a look about. I called into your Oliver Peoples store and have to say Stacey Dansicker and Michael Mustazza were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have been wearing Oliver Peoples glasses for years and currently wear Cary Grant II. My optician in Ireland has to source my glasses from Italy and it takes many weeks to receive them - this is where this FANTASTIC SERVICE begins. Within 5 minutes of arriving in the store, they had sourced 2 pairs of Cary Grant II glasses in Las Vegas, arranged "Next Day Delivery" by FedEx to King of Prussia, payment taken, tracked my order, I received an email, I received a call to say the glasses had arrived. THIS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY 2ND TO NONE. The time pressure was, I fly back to Ireland on Monday (there's the weekend in between & FedEx may not deliver), so "the plan" had to work out. Stacey and Michael were phenomenal - they understood your products, were attentive, were personable, were pleasant, had tenacity to ensure the glasses arrived in King of Prussa in time, nothing was too much trouble. Credit when it is due, you have two exceptional staff, who go above and beyond for customers !! If you want glasses and AMAZING service call in to Oliver Peoples KOP - Stacey & Michael massive MASSIVE thank you ! Sean Dobson (IRELAND)

Between Lucas at the SanFrancisco location and dangit I forget her name in the Las Vegas Outlet location (working 8/16 around 4pm) - I had the greatest experience. OP in SF was out of the model I wanted, Lucas suggested the LV outlet and the lady in LV was a absolute pleasure. Overnighting from LV-SF and I will pick up my shades tomorrow :)

Yelp says they open at 9am, we got there at 9:30. Theirs someone inside. First of all no signs says they open at 10am, the vendor outside say's the all the stores in the mall open at 10am. Yap that should change the time in yelp what time they open. So me and my husband waited 1/2 hour, we already there. Now once she opens the door at 10am this person apologized for letting us wait until she open and greeted us nicely. So we ask her if they could have a certain SUNGLASSES my husband pointed out the one his wearing and we were told by some few ppl that recommended them that they look or find sunglasses outside there brands or search some type of sunglasses. She wasn't even going out of her way to look if they have same type like my husband had or showed us what they can offer. She straight out said "They don't do that type a thing look or search a type of sunglasses outside there brand ". Ok understandable. But to just flat out says "They don't carry what we are looking for". And not even try to show us what they got AFTER we waited for 1/2 hour in the heat , that is not cool. And we live all the way in BLUE DIAMOND. The was a waist of time. Like she can wait for us to leave. Guess can't blame her we are not in our "BEST CLOTHES", but heck we still customers. I apologize for not looking our best .

Great shop! I went in to browse and left with 5 pairs of glasses. I am so happy with my purchases! Sara was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I wish all salespeople offered such a high level of customer service. She was truly excellent. Highly recommend this outlet store.

Good customer service is a breath of fresh air and wonderful to experience when it is done well. Sara went above and beyond, helping me try on multiple frames to find the best fit. Not only was I pleased with my purchase, but the experience of friendly, comfortable, fun conversation brought everything together. I can't say enough good things, thank you again!

My wife and I have purchased several (i.e., 15+) optical frames and sunglasses over the last few years from Alicia Hernandez at the Oliver Peoples store (i.e., #4504) at 875 South Grand Central Pkwy in Las Vegas, NV. When we are unable to fly from Chicago to Las Vegas, we just call or text Alicia for specific frames ...and she is always very pleasant and willing to go out of her way to take pictures of available frames that may appeal to my wife and me (as well as our 3 adult kids). We highly recommend the Oliver Peoples store in Las Vegas ...not only because of the great selection, but primarily because of the over-the-top customer service from Alicia Hernandez!!!
