“Went in for what I thought was going to be brake pad replacement for my vehicle that has just over 70,000 miles on it and the original brakes. Ted Weins did a thorough vehicle inspection including the brakes. To my surprise they let me know that the brakes were still in good shape and did not require pad replacement at the moment. Even better when I asked what I owed for the hour plus they worked on my inspection, I was told there was no charge and they hoped I would come back next time I needed work on the car. Amazing, both for the honesty as well as the service provided. 5 STARS!”

“Got there 5mins before they opened and I was the first one. I watched these guys and I can tell you from experience they're doing good quality work and check all the boxes twice. You'll have peace of mind that the work was done right if you go here. Ownership you need to get a swamp cooler tho. It's beyond hot. I legit got light headed sitting in the waiting room. All the same service was excellent. Will be back”

I followed up with Ted Wiens for an engine light issue for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The coolant system needed an overhaul. The price was a lot cheaper than the dealer cost. They were professional but more importantly I felt as though I found that must have neighborhood mechanic that I can trust who does good work and will back it up.

Despite me arriving a little over two hours before closing, they were able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and have it installed and good to go almost to the minute before closing time. All that and for a pretty decent price. This place will definitely be my go to from now on.”

“After an unsatisfactory visit to the local VW dealership to diagnose and repair my steering wheel shaking situation, I took my car to Frank’s European Service (FES) as recommended. FES properly diagnosed and made the necessary repairs! Oscar, the courteous FES driver-staff, kindly gave me a lift to and from as needed, safely. Erik, the service writer, discussed the root problem, costs, and kept me updated throughout the process. Through text, and email, I was informed of all critical necessary repairs the technician found and maintenance suggestions. Through video, I was able to see the technician tests/diagnostics. Although I do not have pictures to share, my car was washed, properly cared for, and most importantly, when I am driving, the steering wheel no longer shakes because the brake system was properly replaced. As for the other repairs, my car is now in better operating condition. I highly recommend FES!”

She just asked if we'd like her to go over what our car needed at the miles we were currently at or just print it for us. She showed us our filter and if we wanted it changed and the price even showed us our oil line after they were finished. Tires were inspected as well as battery.
