After 26 years of purchasing products exclusively from Office Depot our company is done! Never again! They simply don’t care. No way to contact corporate to let them know what their managers are doing. They will be in huge trouble one day.

Customer service at its finest. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are patient and knowledgeable. One gentleman helped me at the copy machines where I was downloading documents from email, he assisted me through the process. The second Employee was at the register, he asked me if I found everything I needed, which was exemplary for a cashier. Great store and great Staff.

I needed extra help with a sizable print order. Eduardo gave me a couple of tips to improve the final look and feel of my flyers. Without his help they would not have come out right. Thanks for going the extra mile for me!

Well what can I say the customer service here is horrible . We purchased some boards and they were damaged . Unbelievably they don't want to return the money for it. No wonder why they keep closing locations with this customer service they will reach bankruptcy . What make it even worst is the "supervisor "was seating next to us but she let us wait for 15 min so maybe we will decide to leave. Well this location is definitely going down

This is so stupid. I’m unable to make an account here because the person who had my phone number YEARS ago is STILL using it rather than updating to a new number so I can’t sign up unless I go get another phone number. Rather than verifying the number with a code or something (just good business sense to sign up new members), Office Depot allows people to hold phone numbers hostage years after they get a new number. It’s a complete lack of common sense and it’s one of reasons why companies like Amazon are putting companies like this out of business.

Wonderful service! Gabby and her manager were the only ones available in the printing department and she managed to multitask very well with a few customers at a time to ensure the best service in a timely manner! She’s a rockstar and I’m very grateful for her patience and knowledge.

In need of a nice backpack to carry a laptop, and a 3pound 3 ring binder among the little other things. Walking in was so nice and quiet. We were greeted by a guy MIKE. He smiled so bright and asked how he could help. He pointed me the direction I needed and off I went. I found a couple I liked, but due to people being people, they had security ties on the zippers. I brought to him what I liked and he removed the tags so I could open it up and see if my stuff would fit comfortably. He helped me to fit the huge binder in it. PERFECT! And it was on sale for $140. Then I decided to look at laptops. He again was able to answer ALL my questions. Unfortunately I have to go to another location but that's ok. MIKE is the engagement operations MANAGER.! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS LONG AS MIKE IS HERE. footnote- I have never been here before.
