2nd time getting an alignment here.This time I brought in my 23 4Runner TRD ORP after installing a lift the week prior. Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 12pm.

Big shoutout to Adam! I was coming into Vegas from Louisiana and needed a part. Even though I was running late he was able to make it happen for me. Everytime I'm on this end ORW will be my first call everytime! Great customer service!!

Very unprofessional no accountability and honesty, for two months been nice to Adam in regards of my new tires and wheels off my rubicon. Selling it without my knowledge and claiming it’s gone.And also not performing signed work order in which part of the initial services i.e tire rotation, retorque, and other said delivery date.Been a loyal customer since they opened. I spent a lot money for parts upgrades on my off Road / overland vehicles. had my truck, Jeep tj, Rubicon Jl done and send them friends.Case is now filed and Nevada consumer affairs will be investigating this place particularly to Adam and James.

Everyone I dealt with was great. They helped with getting my Ford Bronco set up with a great set of wheels and tires with a quick turn around and very pleased with the services they provided. Will definitely go back for more upgrades to the Bronco.

Horrible experience, poor communication. I had to call every time if I wanted any info on the status of my job. My truck has been in there for 5 days longer than they said for a one day job. They told me all the parts were in but then told me two days later that they needed more parts and they would put It together so I could drive it for the weekend and then I would have to come back when the new parts came in. Horrible. very inconvenient and expensive. I would not recommend to anyone.

Off-road warehouse in Vegas is awesome. They have so much cool stuff in stock!They have a giant wall of suspension components, like King Suspension, Bilstein, Icon, and more. Everything from sharks to control arms to recovery gear to coolers and tents and things like that.My favorite though - they have a GIANT display with all the Baja Designs lights, where you can try them all out!They have Rigid too, but I like Baja better.It's conveniently located right off the freeway, and they have a big parking lot. I will definitely be back.

The guys at Off Road Warehouse are so sweet. They took a look at my Jeep and gave me a very upfront break down. It did not matter to them that I'm a woman. I did not feel like they were explaining to my boyfriend instead of me or that they thought I wouldn't understand what they were trying to say. I would recommend going to these guys. The store front is what it is. It looks expensive, and it's off-roading gear it's going to be expensive.
