“We stopped in to Cactus Joes to purchase a Saguaro cactus. We found the perfect one with the help and guidance of Linda. We also purchased two Octillo cactus. We purchased these for our new home being built. Linda provided a wealth of advice and insight on how to create our desert landscape. We will be returning to Cactus Joes to get more cactus and decor once our home is complete. We are so excited!! Thank you Cactus Joe and Linda! We now feel confident in our future plans for our desert oasis.”
“Wow! Just WoW. Called and got scheduled to see trees the next day. Our helper was David Geounds and took as on a golf cart to see our options. We ended up with 15 year old African Sumac and already planned date of installation.Planting happened in 15 days ( we live 1 hour away from Vegas)Plannting team did awesome job! Gave us full instruction on how to take care of the tree for successful growth.We purchased this tree for our two donkeys, that needed shade this summer.Ps. Although mature trees can get pricey, David was amazing on working payment plan for with with zero interest rate!If you need mature tree RIGHT NOW, these guys are place to go?”
“When you walk into Moon Valley you feel like you have been transported to an oasis! What I loved the most is that Moon Valley provides full grown trees so that you can actually SEE what your tree will look like years down the road. Darin patiently drove us around looking for trees and shrubs...he was incredibly knowledgeable and never gave us a pressured sales pitch! We bought 3 trees and twenty schrubs and are so happy we did! “Such a cute place for plant parents. I've gotten a few things here. Philodendrons, pots, Ivy mag redwood soil, cute Knick knacks,etc. I have bought a philodendron pink princess and a philodendron Brazil on two separate occasions. Other times I have bought some pots. They have so many cute colors of pots. So if you don't buy a plant you can buy pot. Which is what happens to me. They will also pot your plant for you.”

“Great employees. But don't buy the Emerald Carpet grass seed. I reseeded an entire lawn with it and the only parts that survived the heat of summer were in the shade, despite plenty of expensive watering. It's too fine bladed and doesn't grow tall enough to shade and cool the ground around it, so it dies.”

“Amanda is the actual breath of fresh air employee who helped me get my beautiful plants but the entire store was great as well. She helped me in like ten minutes find everything from soil to pots to the perfect houseplants that weren’t poisonous at all to my cat and dog. I was just looking at my healthy plants today and it reminded me of the great advice and experience I had at the store. Will be going back for more plants now that I’m getting the hang of it as a first time gardener:)!”

“I went to drop off my Echo hedge trimmer for sharpening or repair service since I’ve owned it for 9 years and they inspected it explained everything and told me no service at all was needed and sent me away no charge. If they told me anything I would have paid so really they sent me away putting honesty before business!”

“There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

From everyday picks like chamomile to specialty finds like citronella, there's always something exciting to discover.
Now, when it comes to tools and materials, Home Depot usually has me covered. However, I've noticed that certain essentials like "perlite," "vermiculite," and "coco fiber" can sometimes be a bit tricky to track down in-store. It seems they're not always placed alongside similar items like compost, which can make them a tad elusive.
Despite this minor challenge, Home Depot still manages to impress with their diverse range of gardening supplies. They offer plenty of alternatives that get the job done just as well. So, while finding those specific items might require a little extra searching, the overall experience at Home Depot remains positive, thanks to their dedication to offering a variety of quality products.”

The staff are genuinely nice and knowledgeable. They take good care of their equipment and the equipment works well.
I've been to other locations, that my experiences were less than satisfactory, however this location is consistently good, well stocked with equipment and staff has better demeanor and speak professionally to the customers.
I highly recommend this location”

“Home Depot on 1401 S Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas. Great experience at the customer service pick up counter on 6/25/23. We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”
“A friend and I needed to get some something to help deal with a blockage in the plumbing. I looked at several things online and went in-store to finish choosing the right tool for the job. After we did that (with the wonderful, friendly service HD is known for) we went to the desk to pay for the couple things and our rental. I noticed that the employee had a roll of electrical tape hooked on her apron. I saw that and realized I forgot to grab some. After hearing that I only needed less than a foot of tape she gave me the roll. We have great service over here on the Eastside!”
