I have 2 dogs that are siblings one male one female. Both dogs for different issues were given invasive procedures as well as unnecessary medication. The prices were always going up. I always made sure to be open about what we could and could not afford yet they would pressure us and tell us we needed these medications. Even in none life threatening issues like ear infection we were pushed to get some anti itch medication that was expensive to be told at the next appointment that it was not a necessity by their staff. Then my new vet said what they prescribed me was indeed not helpful for yeast infections in the ear. Then they prolonged my dogs stones stuck in his bladder because they didn’t do a basic ultrasound to start, though they had done other expensive procedures. When my new vet saw the prescriptions they gave him along with his previous records she was horrified and we got the proper care immediately.
I went to them for almost a year and when I asked them to work out a payment method. The office managers words were “We don’t care how much money you spend here there are procedure to follow.” Then promptly made me sign a against our recommendation form and sent me and my very sick dog on our way.
Please for your pets health and your own emotional and financial health go anywhere else. This place may look pretty and be less chaotic than a vet you would normally see but I promise you they suck!

I always have a great experience and my dog as well. I went this morning for a grooming (nail cutting) Faith took my Nala to the back and took care of her. Nails nice and short and my Nala happy. Thank you Faith???

went to get a quote - nurse said i yelled at her for telling her calmly 550 for a spay on a 40 lb dog was high and i will have to look around. Doctor came in saying were not doing this and kicked me out saying i was yelling through the hospital with no explanation she kicked me and my baby and dog out she was very abrasive environment was dirty and they refused my service
Read previous comments dr. nauta is still there she is the one being abrasive with clients only there to make a profit. Same receptionists are employed and rude.

Everyone was super nice, the hospital was spotless and smelled good, and I didn't feel like I was being overcharged, or pushed into unnecessary things. I felt heard, and felt like my baby boy (old man) was very well cared for.

I am so very happy with Northwest Pet Hospital! The receptionist was instrumental in getting my dog seen right away. The Vet Tech, Jai was awesome, she is really good with dogs and skilled with putting owners at ease knowing their dogs are in good hands. The Veterinarian was thorough and caring and excellent at diagnosing and resolving the problem. They have an Amazing team and I highly recommend Northwest Pet Hospital!

Incredible and caring staff! They explained everything to me so well and made me and my kitten so comfortable. Their wellness program saved me over $200 on my bill and they followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I can't say enough good things about them. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and it shows in the work that they do ♥️

If u love ur cats, do NOT bring them here. I brought my cat Minnie here on 5/17/24. She wasn't eating, drinking, meowing, or cleaning herself like cats normally do and this exact information was told to these people along with "something is wrong with her mouth." So they took x-rays, drew blood, said her mouth is fine, and "that will be $700 please.". So I took Minnie to a real vet, they looked into her mouth and found a LACERATION UNDER HER TONGUE!!! How on Earth are u this incompetent NORTHWEST???
1 STAR bcuz ZERO STARS ISN'T AN OPTION! $700 ?!?! what a joke
