Average! And it shouldn't be because it's a luxury store in a luxury location.
Service when choosing products was average. I asked for some sneakers to try on, I could only bring 2 at a time, which slowed down the service. I chose an item and asked for another, a t-shirt, he said it was on the other side of the store and that it wasn't his.
I ended up turning around and with my choices I went to the cashier who told me to download the Nike App which would have some discounts.
I struggled with the App for 15 minutes because I had to change the location of the store from Brazil where I live to the United States where the store was and it was impossible. The cashier just looked and never once tried to help or resolve the problem physically, which would be the least.
I lost the battle with the App and left without the 15% on 165 dollars that I was entitled to. Sad.
