Does not exist! Circled around the building, went inside the building, could not find it. Tried calling it, no one answers. Waste of time! The place does not exist!

Carlos was happy to charge me $400.00 for a knee scooter that you could get for around $100-$150 at most online. I had just come out of surgery on 3/3/2023 and probably was still under the influence of anesthesia and had no idea what these things cost. The next day when my head was clear, I realized I'd been taken.Be smart people, if you're having foot surgery you're probably going to need a foot scooter, so order one in advance online. Be proactive and you'll save a lot. I'm not sure why the doctors office doesn't tell you to get one of these things .

My wife had a knee transplant and the very next day we received a call from Next Step Medical saying that a continuous passive motion machine had been prescribed as part of the recovery from the surgery. They knew the doctor's name so we assumed it had been ordered by him. They explained it would be $400 and that insurance would not cover it. We gathered up the $400 which we didn't have and was set up for delivery. The person that delivered it gave me a 5-minute explanation on how to use it and off he went. Two Weeks Later when my wife went back to the doctor we asked how long she will need to be using the machine. His response was "What Machine". He stated he had not prescribed or ordered the machine. So I am out $400 for a machine we didn't need and have no clue when they are coming back out to pick it up. Verify with your doctor if you really need the machine if you are being told it is for your recovery therapy

This is NOT a medical supply store they sell knee and back braces only...... DONT CALL OR GO LOOKING FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES IT IS NOT A MEDICAL SUPPLY STORE, it is a brace store, should have been called "Back to Braces" because its kinda like back to basics using a brace, and the "back" part is like your spine /back, so "Back to Braces" is clever not a MEDICAL SUPPLY store that sells NO supplies... hope it helps future customers and the owners to realize why everyone is frustrated.
Appreciate the last minute you have spent reading this!
