Very nice people and seemingly competent employees in the branches, but their corporate office is staffed with incompetent morons and since changes are made at the corporate level, it is an exercise in futility having to go in and beg the branch staff only to have their corporate office screw it up or ignore the request entirely! Over and over and over again.We had to change our business account numbers over a year ago for security reasons and have been asking that the new accounts be mirrored so we are in compliance with the State. Over a year later and we are STILL begging their back office to hire someone with a brain or allow the branch to make the changes.Zions Bankcorp pull your head out of your butt.

I have been with this bank for over 10 years and finally thinking of closing my account. Be aware. ATM will take your money and not deposit it. Dispute that your money was not deposit and tell you there is nothing they can do because there is no money found in the ATM. Yes exactly what I was told from the their dispute department. And we are talking about very large amount. This is still under investigation due to filing 2nd dispute. The worst experience ever.

I visited this location on two occasions and each time was treated genuinely though I'm not their customer I was with family and observed the outstanding way we were treated by the vice president Teresa Cody. MS Cody has the unique ability of making you feel like you're"Jed Clampett" regardless of the amount of funds you are dealing with or even if you are their customer or not.You get 5 star treatment here at this Location..I would also like to mentionThe Branch Service Manager Nancy Gonzalez for her Patience and Kindness in dealing with customers. For the best experiences with NSB this is the Branch you want to do business with Hands Down!!!

Do not waste your time with this bank they don't give a s*** about the customer! They will charge you overdrafts consistently! I had my auto insurance coming out automatically and the transaction went through and I didn't have the balance available so they charged an overdraft of $35 and took out the payment. However, my car insurance never went through but there the overdraft remains! This is a huge company because they pray on the little people of society! Do not waste your money time this is just one of many issues I have had with them!fuck you nevada state bank!

Wow!!! They really raised the bar on personal Banking at this location. A busy location but somehow still has that small bank feeling with one on one customer service. The staff is ALWAYS professional and polite no matter what!!! The other Main Street banks could learn a lesson or two from this branch.Sincerely a grateful customer...

Never enough staff. I have been ignored in the drive through. There are many people waiting for a teller. This is every time I’ve come in since July of 2020. I don’t understand chronic understaffing.

I deliver mail here, and I am always greeted and treated kindly. Very receptive staff who, from what I've seen is always helping anyone who comes in and gives them there full attention. The office staff has always been kind. Definitely a banking institution worth checking due to their staff and customer service. That's key for me atleast.

I have had this bank 30 years and today im going crazy !! NOT only is every atm out of service all banks closed . So I cannot get money out of my bank or deposit my check.. Changing banks asap.120,000.00 0ut!!!

Desiree Diliberti is fantastic!!I went in late in the day to open new business accounts. Ms. Diliberti was pleasant, helpful and efficient. She stayed late and went out of her way to get my accounts squared away.I have had banking experiences on both ends of the spectrum. Waking in with no appointment, late on a Monday, and without all of the necessary documents; I was braced for a challenging attitude.All I received was help, guidance and an attitude of “Welcome to Nevada State Bank.” I could not be happier and I am very appreciative of her efforts.Try and find that at one of the Big Banks!

Customer service is terrible. The manager who set up my account didnt even know what she was doing.... now on hold to question my account. On hold over 5 mins now. I hate this bank. If my job didnt use it.... well..
