When you apply for anything credit card or loan, they send you email that they'll contact you within 2-4 business days which they never do. They just ignore you not sure how they'll do any business ? ?They deserve less than 1 star if available.

I just tried to call the phone number for this NSB branch listed on the Internet, let it ring 16 times and nobody at all answered the phone. As a NSB customer for 14 years now in Las Vegas, this is exremely disappointing and irritating!

I'll start off by saying the employees at the Southern Highlands location are always very helpful and friendly. This review is only about the ATM because that's how I do 99% of my banking. For some reason, the ATM at the Southern Highlands branch is CONSTANTLY down. I know when I'm on my way to use it that there's at least a 50% chance I won't be able to. This is particularly true on the weekends. It's gotten to the point that I don't even try anymore and I just go to the branch on warm Springs because their ATM is always working. If they could find a way to get a reliable ATM, I would change my review to five stars.

Long time customer. Started with ZION's Bank in Utah. Having several locations close to where I live has been extremely helpful. Go to the SoHi branch regularly, to the point where I know many of the staff and they know me. Always helpful with special requests (back statement, notary services, business loans). Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is how many have stopped their Saturday hours. My branch, the Mountains Edge branch... now have to go to Durango branch almost every Saturday. Just a bit of an inconvenience.

See the updated review below! I would like a branch manager from the parent company to contact me in reference to these errors and the over charge of getting copies of my statements, when I should have access on my online account. Your teller also did a cash advance fee on my credit card without notifying me of such. I contacted my credit card company and they said that you should've notified me as they know that I don't do cash advances for anything.!

I have opted out overdraft protection and still the bank pays out then charges me a fee to pay it. I signed documents rejecting the service and wrote letters and spoke to employees basically begging for overdraft not to be paid and yet they continue to pay every month. I was charged a 35 dollar fee for a 3.62 overdraft payment. I explained I have been trying to cancel the automatic debits with Netflix etc and please stop all automatic payments yet every month I'm charged at least 100 dollars in fees plus whatever they keep paying out. This bank is awful.

Unfortunately this locations branch manager, Jacquelyn Trevena had zero customer service. I honestly don’t know how she was ever promoted. Long story short she wasted a whole day of mine. First I got to the branch with my mother (10am)and she said I needed to make an appointment to see the banker, then I made the appointment, (2pm) and granted I was a few minutes late , 2:10 she said my appointment had been canceled because she had a 3pm appointment. The bank was completely dead and I know with all my being that what I was asking them to do wouldn’t take more than 30 min at MAX! Just horrible customer service at this branch. Wasted the day of me and my mother, whom was at the appointment on time and whom they said they couldn’t start doing anything with until I showed up. Again, horrible customer service.

Been with NSB for decades. Tried all the rest. The rest of the banking institutions are so so but NSB tops them all. Why?? It's all about the service to the public. Tho' opening at one location, going into their other locations will not disappoint. Cesar at their Aliante north branch is the BEST !!!!! Whenever you call, he will be there for you with whatever problems you may have. His smile and warm reception is contagious. He never forgets the people that has sat in front of him. The staff at all their locations at the windows are what you expect from a service oriented institution. The locations are very clean which is a good feel once you enter. I commend the top management for NSB because that's where it starts as we all know. Thank-you NSB for really taking care of our financial welfare but most of all CARING ABOUT THE PEOPLE !!!!

Great costumer service and never too busy to help you no matter what. I've been with BofA for years and they're nothing but a f*** up I wish I knew about NSB long time ago it would've made my life much easier.

So upset with my Nevada state bank on warm springs in henderson, management is out of control try to plea for help and there response to bad so sad and even tried talk to district management they would not give contact info manager said sorry complaints end here I called Another location explain my situation and they agreed theres a problem they gave district manager Donna contact info I left message hope to here from her soon I've tried calling card services and explain my troubles and issues regarding my account they agreed with issues and filed a complaint on my behalf and that someone would call me on my complaint of me and my small Buisness they feel and understand that there is a personal problem there at that location, my complaint is for unnecessary holds check deposit 7to14 days before they clear can't make payroll,pay bills or buy parts for vehicles I'm working on I've tried going to different branch the notes say to call management in henderson what ever said in that phone call they refused to help with deposit I feel that my business account is not welcome at any location even the employees at that location if law suit were to be last resort under outh and in court they would testify I've been treated un fairly, prestige's and Abuse of power there is a personal issue with management against me and agree that set me in financial hard ship for me and my Buisness yes I will close my business account after a hold is released on a check deposit last week Monday they said funds would be available this Friday thats a two week hold not fair Nevada state bank is not small Buisness friendly they just don't care on your hardship due to unnecessary holds .

Went to see Denise for Noatry Public. She was AMAZING! Very friendly and even helped to make sure we signed all necessary documents, even the ones she didn't need to notarize.

Absolutely horrible service As of today iam the only customer and there are 5 employees and I was still made to wait !! Pathetic service . This branch is run by a bunch of amateurs not professional bankers . The employees here are so incompetent.

ATM never works outside. The ATM takes your money but doesn't deposit it, than argue with the branch over your funds they lost. Often times busy and slow inside because the atm doesn't work and everyone knows it. Very nice tellers inside though, if you have time to wait....
