Outstanding service! I needed a local bank, quickly on a Friday afternoon. After being told "not possible at "chain banks", Darline welcomed me in and quickly opened both accounts and helped with a notary. So glad I called!

These people that work at this branch discriminate and are racist. I lost hundreds of dollars because of their unkind actions. Best believe they will be held accountable. I've already contacted a lawyer, different agencies and the FDIC. If I were you I would steer clear away from this branch and don't invest not one penny into their establishment!

Awful bank!! minor error in direct deposit (savings instead of checking) caused a 5 day delay in my getting my paycheck. EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD SEE FUNDS!! Was told it would take days to fix error....awful awful awful........

NSB should change there advertisement on Google saying the bank closes at 5 pm ,however the drive-thru is open till 6 pm. This is a complete lie for there was a atm and no open drive thru,it doesn't feel good to be let down especially when we came 20 miles to go thru the drive thru...., I'm sure I'm not the first to be disappointed, and I'm sure I won't be the last as long as they continue to miss lead people into thinking they can go thru the drive-thru...

They apparently do not answer their phones for anyone. Calling NSB "customer service" is an absolute joke. I was advised by CS Agent that this branch, MD & DI, would be open today ( Saturday ) for drive-thru. I drove there and saw they had lanes closed. Intercom conversation revealed "only the lobby was open". Could not go in as I had my dog in the car. It should not be so difficult to transact with a bank. Get your service together, NSB!

Awful people at this branch. Four (well salaried, I am sure) bank employees around doing nothing but chit chatting with one another instead of taking care of their banking customers. Should be ashamed.

Horrible bank, Horrible service.
