Bought a Rag & Bone T-shirt at the Neiman and Marcus in Las Vegas in September. I wore it maybe once, no more than twice.( hasn’t even been washed) I notice it has a hole in it. I called to see if we could get it exchanged. After all we spent about $5000-$6000 Shopping. You would think they would want to keep their customers happy but nope they will not exchange it because it’s out of the 30 day window!! We go to Las Vegas five times a year. I hope this T-shirt was worth our business. Shame on you, Neiman Marcus!

I purchased Baccarat rouge 540/ 2.4oz/ paid $500 @ Fashion show Mall/ Las Vegas. The smell disappeared in 10 minutes, tried it with different people and they all have same effect. This is my third time buying this. I feel like I got scammed, I went to the store and the manager answer is , “I am sorry this happened to you” and told me to report it to the manufacturer. What a disappointment experience and I say it feels water down version either the store messed up or the company needs to recall the product. Just be careful ?you can’t return it once you opened it. I personally avoid Baccarat for good, looking for another good perfume.

I had a really nice experience with Sarquese (sorry I do not know the proper spelling) in the Fragrance department. He was very welcoming and not snobby or pushy like some Sales Associates can be. There was a wide variety of perfumes which can be overwhelming, but he knew which ones to guide me to based on my tastes. I ordered one online thanks to his recommendations.

The salesperson, Nafis, was wonderful! I came in to get my nose on the Mind Games line. They were so patient and gracious in their customer service as they showcased the house to me. I walked away with French Defense and about 100 samples. It made my trip to Vegas so much fun. ?

Made a stop there to smell some perfumes and man was it a great experience!.
I spent hours smelling all kind of niche fragrances and talking to the sales reps, all of them where nice but there was one who went above and beyond: Gabriel (the guy at The Harmonist and Les Liquides Imaginaires stand). He’s an amazing guy and knows A LOT about fragrances, and as someone who also loves fragrances, he was so easy and great to talk to, not only because of our shared hobby but because he was really kind, also knew exactly what to recommend.
It was definitely a highlight of my trip to Las Vegas, it’s such a shame that I couldn’t buy anything due to luggage restrictions at the airport but if not, I would’ve walked away with like 3 fragrances.
Hopefully I’ll drive to Vegas in a few months and be able to come back here so I can now get me some fragrances.

I’m at a concert and my dress I just bought today has busted open. A stranger had to let me know. Not only am I inconvenienced, I am extremely embarrassed a stranger saw my backside. I will not be shopping at this store agains

Went really only to smell the fragrances great smelling scents only thing that really bothers me is that workers following me every where I went and getting all up in my face even after I said i was good.

It is highly recommended that you chat with GIGI if you are seeking for a women's scent and are unsure of where to start. When I came here for the first time last year, I was looking to purchase a lovely fragrance—something that wasn't designer—but I was absolutely disoriented.When I first met GIGI, she was incredible. She truly earned my devotion by making me feel so at ease and by having a way of making the shopping experience unforgettable. Not only do I keep returning for the fragrances, but also because of GIGI's exceptional customer service, I always suggest her. I just love this girl!! Greatly suggested, Gigi.

I bought some red bottoms I totally forgot the guys name, black guy with dreads lol but he was very professional, wonderful customer service and very helpful. I had to go to sizes up because they do run small.

Terrible experience for FASHIONPHILE pickups, no one knows anything about how to handle it or what to do. They make you wait 20m in the middle of the store just next to a jewelry display case without anywhere to sit for someone to come down. Also they had no idea how to process a return even though FASHIONPHILE says you can just bring it to NM. Ridiculous, would expect more competent people to work at NM

Hit or miss on service. Robert in Sunglasses didn’t win points while I was deciding which frames in Tom Ford,
Dolce, etc… “ The reason you don’t have aviators, is because they don’t look good on you”. Ok then! Highly recommend some sales etiquette training for upscale stores card holder techniques, Starting with helpful kindness .
Chanel accessories however, had an amazing advisor who sold me a stunning bracelet.
I appreciate her kindness, willingness to look at multiple items, her care with my
Items packaging and welcoming nature. Go in to this NM location with a thick skin, in the event it’s harsh in the designer sunglasses suite.

Love! Love! Shopping Neiman Marcus however Vegas store does not compare to the Beverly Hills store I was a former employee with the BH as well as customer, different ambiance. Shopped in cosmetics durning the holidays the gal in fragrances was outstanding! Went back to shop in cosmetics for foundation the clerk in the Chanel bay wasn't very helpful finding the tone best suited for my complexion instead pushed for a tone that was off I bought the foundation in early March have not used it. Have to say the restaurant the Best service!!
