They went from one of the best banks to one of the worst banks They don't support their customers when they have extremely legitimate claims and they're just becoming awful bank hard to deal with not helpful and I can't wait to leave them in the next year or so.
It's just not worth it anymore. They basically the same thing as Wells Fargo or Bank of America any of these other big garbage banks that have no heart. Thanks Navy Federal for destroying what was one of the best banks in the country.
If you're not a member don't bother to join Navy Federal their service is terrible and it's like I said not a good bank anymore. It's too bad they were great before.

I've been in a few times to this location and have surprisingly been helped by the same rep, Jeffrey, each time. He's been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited today to inquire about a car loan and had a horrible experience. For starters, the agent who assisted me never greeted me/introduced herself; she simply called my name and told me to take a seat then asked for my ID. I informed her I’m shopping for a car loan and inquired if APR is determined by the loan term. She couldn’t answer that question, or many of the other questions I had, but assured me if I chose 72 months we could adjust the terms to confirm. After proceeding, I was hit with a 10.89% APR which is 4% more than what Bank of America and the dealership offered me. The sole purpose of me joining Navy Federal was to apply for a car loan as credit unions are known to have lower APR rates for auto. When I asked why it was so high, she said it’s based off how long I’ve been with navy federal and my credit score so it’s my credit, but I have great credit! I then asked if we could change the terms to see if the APR would change - she told me we were too far in to change the terms, and I’d have to reapply again which isn’t what was she said in the beginning! I decided to cancel the application and leave as I was growing upset with her incompetence and lack of assistance. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for a car loan. I now have an unnecessary hard inquiry which I wasn’t informed of beforehand. I will be canceling my membership.

This is a great branch. I do business here often. Everyone complaining in these reviews needs to grow up and learn how to use the website or mobile app. If they did, they would know you can use 711 atms for free withdrawals.

Great location in a retail area with a variety of stores and parking is plentiful. The entrance is great for wheel chair and other services. Handicapable sidewalk and also parking close. There was three tellers open and three service agent at work. The wait was not bad and the appearance o the building is nice. There were no free samples given out but I remain hopeful.

Very welcoming NFCU Las Vegas location. Everyone was friendly. Teller service at 9:30 am on a Saturday was very efficient. I was in and out!

This branch relocated from the Spring Mtg location. That location, while less convenient to get to, was larger and had more tellers. I could arrive and have my business handled in a timely manner. This new location is a nightmare to get to. It’s small and always packed. I have waited over an hour multiple times, and some business cannot be done at an ATM or online. Even if you wanted to use the ATM, it’s always out of service here. It’s ridiculous that they haven’t figured out how to handle simple teller transactions for people who want to make deposits/withdrawals versus more complex ones for people who need to get their auto loan checks disbursed, both transactions I have completed at this location. I suggest they sort this out or reconsider moving to a larger location that can better handle the volume of business. They know how many members they have and where they are located, so there’s no excuse for the lack of service to their service members.
