I always try and get my car parts at Napa. They clearly stock better parts than the other guys. I've only been to the Civic Center store a few times but every time the wait was s endless. Usually, only a couple of cuts it still a long wait. I see a number of employees walking around in the back but only two on register and ridiculously slow. So frustrating. Brutal. Go to the Polaris store if you can

Avoid this location at all costs terrible customer service here, can't order the correct parts and multiple people have tried to help me but just failed at completing the simple task of ordering an axle for my Honda.

I want to single out Lynn for being the strongest on her team she really does know herself. There is a man that was trying to help me and keep trying to get the part number out of me when I only know it by looking at it visually, so she went out her way pick the pieces out for me, so I can look at them and compare them. They didn't have the part but I've been back ever since and I will keep coming back because they have something that others don't have and that's friendly, honest, and great customer service that goes all out the way for you thank you Lynn.

I paid $187 for a battery that comes with a 3 year replacement warranty... What good is a replacement warranty when no other Napa store except the one where the battery was purchased won't honor the warranty? Ridiculous! "Sir, just make sure your battery stops working while your close to our store and not any other Napa store". "No thank you, I'll go buy my battery from Advanced Auto, Oriely's or Autozone, where I get piece of mind with my purchase"!
