I love it, for me it is an all-in-one store, there are many of my favorite stores and if I can't find what I'm looking for in one, I have more options right next door. I called this the store to check if they had motorcycle oil in stock. The lady said no they will transferring from another store I said yes please I would love to pick it up here told her I would pick it up at Decatur three different times I show up at Decatur and it's closed and it's been closed for 3 weeks. I called to see what's going on She said oh Decatur and Polaris is the same store for right now what's the point of calling Decatur and telling them you're wanting to pick up your item at Decatur but it's been close for over 3 weeks She must be an idiot

I'm sorry but got the worst customer service ever over a week ago.when in there for spark plugs and got attitude from a lady by the name of kelce. Walked in there she was just lazy no respect for customers or herself. Just nasty attitude.napa I love your products but this is the first time I ever got treated like this.
Please get someone that wants to be there at work.

Friendliest place, cheapest price, they have more parts than others, but do not buy anything unless you're 100% sure that it fits. I had did a return and it's been days and I still can't fix my car cuz I'm waiting for my money on that return to go into my bank so I can buy the part that I need. Worst return policy than others. Its frustrating. Its my money and you got the part back, now give me my money!

Absolutely horrific place. Go anywhere else for your needs. They sold us a dud battery and refused to do anything about it.

Just moving here from Nashville and my battery would start but would not start at the worse times. Anthony helped me locate my original receipt and it was still under warranty. Couldn't ask for a better person to help me get back on the road in no time . Thank you Anthony.
