I love this store and all the customer service reps. Just purchased yet another item from them and I'm always so happy. No regrets ever. If you love Hawaiian style this is the place.

Bought my wife one of their nice Tahitian grey pearls wrapped in a cage. She wears it a few times a week in less than 14 months, one of the cage bars cracks at the weld near the bail. I take the time to ship it all the way to Hawaii thinking they'll honor their lifetime warranty and then they say their techs determined that it's not a defect because naturally their jewelry shouldn't last 14 months for anybody that's wearing it some of the time. They state below that normal wear and tear isn't covered under there lifetime warranty. So what you have is a tail light warranty once you pull out the parking lot of the store they warranty is expired!! When somebody spends $1,000, one would expect a business to make a $20 repair without nickel and diming you and then tagging you for postage and tax at 46.00. It gets worse this simple one weld repair for a crack in the cage holding the pearl needs 4 weeks to fix after waiting 3 weeks for them to acknowledge they received the jewelry! I probably could have gotten the repair done at Jared the Jewelers for the same price in a week. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Friends tell friends when a business does lousy business in the Na Hoku Hawaii's finest jeweler does bad business when it comes to warranties!

They let me return my Wedding ring 5 months after their return policy lapsed. They kept $100 of the $3000 purchase price. I am eternally grateful for their kindness and will recommend this Jewelry shop to all who will listen. Robert (my salesman) and Elliah (sales manager) are top quality and highly helpful. I recommend this 5 star Jewelry store for all your Jewelry needs. They're Hawaiian style jewelry is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. ?

We all know that Vegas is a tourist trap. I still go often despite knowing this. I do try to use common sense when gaming or shopping. I happened upon a stall in the alleyways of The Venetian (which I love!). There was bell ringing and loud welcomes to those who stopped by. I initially thought this was going to be another very overpriced business. It was not; but it had the potential to most certainly be one. You pay a small fee and select your own oyster, which they shuck for you. I'm told that ALL the oysters are pearl-producing. So how can you go wrong. Better odds than when I gamble. :) After seeing your reward inside, you can choose to take as is, or have mounted with a pendant setting, or set for earrings. I chose pendant setting. It was too risky to keep spending the charge to find a similar size and color pearl to do earrings. My sales woman was very pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable about the products. She was politely aggressive, to make the sale. It worked. I purchased a gold chain for the large pearl. The items were beautifully packaged. The total pricing was very acceptable. If you can't go to Las Vegas or you prefer not not, You can always go online to shop. They have a few locations nationwide, including Hawaii. This is an unexpectedly fun thing to do in Vegas!

My soon to be wife and I had an excellent shopping experience here today with Patrick. We where shopping for wedding bands. He talked to us the whole way around their displays answering any and all questions we had. We finally found 2 rings we liked. And he helped size us and make sure we where getting rings that fit properly, as our hands were a little swollen from the vegas heat. He was polite and friendly the whole time. I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best shopping experience. I highly recommend coming in and checking this place out. The selection was great, and the service was even better. We will definitely be back to see him when we come back to Vegas the next time. Aloha.

Whenever I buy something at the store and try to return it it is the biggest biggest hassle. Especially if you bought it online and tried to return it. I'm not sure it's worth dealing with them anymore given how hard they make the return process!

I love Na Hoku designs and own a few pieces. When I stumbled upon the store in Vegas I was elated. I was actually wearing one of my larger pineapple pendants that day so I knew that any sales person seeing me was going to know I was prime for a sale. I went in knowing I wanted to buy a bracelet and sun pendant. I walked along the counters and was never greeted, acknowledged or even got a head not. The store has one customer and three sales people in it. I stood over the sun pendant so long the thought party came inside to see what was taking me so long. Still-not even a word. So I left. Thinking Vegas was the only terrible experience, I hopped in to the Disney Springs location today in Orlando. My boyfriend and I got a “how are you” so we are obviously off to a good start. Three sales people and zero customers. I take my time. I look around. I find the pendant that is 2k and I’m ready to buy. The three women are arms folded and talking. I stand. My entire party comes in again...nothing. I look directly at the ladies and nothing. So...i left. Dejected again that I’m torn between buying products I love and the principle that a company allows people to ignore customers this way. I’ll jeep wearing my Na Hoku pieces but I’m done supporting this company

Nice high end jewelry but definitely overpriced. But it is in a casino so you can expect to pay a markup. Jewelry is very beautiful

I have been a customer for a long time. Every time I go to Hawaii (Once a year) I visit Na Hoku, I AM a big fun. I have many pieces and I adore them. Last summer we went to Big Island and got a beautiful Amethyst necklace, two months later I got the earrings matching in San Francisco. I was waking in vegas and I saw your store, which made me very happy so I went in and ask for another pair of earrings that I wanted. This earrings also matched the necklace I bought this summer so I really wanted them to switch with the once I got in san Francisco. Unfortunate they didn't have them on the store so I asked if it was possible to send them my home. The lady at the store (I think she was the manager) said she could do it but I needed to pay $15 for shipping because the earrings were less than $200....They were $170. She did offered to send them to a store in LA but I live 1 hour away from it. This is the first time something like this happened to me. When I go to a store and they don't have the product I want to buy they ship it to my home for free. I'm very surprised the way this lady acted. Every time I visit Na Hoku I got nothing but smiles...especially at the one in San Francisco. I'm very sad and it left a really bad taste in my mouth. I received not Aloha from this lady. Hopping for a better experience next time I visit vegas...and no worries!!! I'll get my earrings next visit to Hawaii from a store who really appreciate long time customers.
