I don't have the words to express my appreciation for Mel and Ardi at MVR Auto Repair. Living two states away, I needed help with my son's car, and they went above and beyond to assist us. From coordinating the repairs over the phone to taking care of everything in person when I arrived in Las Vegas, they were incredible. Mel made my husband and me feel like family and ensured the car was in great shape for its journey back to Texas. If you're in the Las Vegas area and need helpful, trustworthy auto repair, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

They got my truck in to be looked at right away, told me about the issue at hand, and advised me on other services and parts my truck would need in the future. They kept me very informed and had me back on the road in a timely manner given the extensive amount of work I had done. Highly recommended

Very happy with the service I received on all points. I was first put at ease by the manager already that I was in good hands after feeling a little apprehensive. He was right! The service was exceptional, and I feel comfortable saying that MVR Auto repair will be my chosen mechanics going forward.

Just moved back from AZ and needed a good shop for my Porsche. They were friendly and Pretty honest from the beginning. Not once did I get any shady vibes like most auto shops have. They made me feel really comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. Thank you ?

The best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Honest, sincere, truthful, caring, and fair.
They kept me informed about each step of the major repair - replacing an engine, I was sent photos, text messages, calls, emails, and videos of damage. When it was time for the car to be picked up, I was shown the parts they took out and replaced including the engine.
The reviews are fabulous, BBB rating is awesome.
Mel, the right-hand woman to Ardi - was always in contact with us. She showed us the parts and explained. Chris was the technician/mechanic. thank you Ardi, we know where we will be bringing our vehicles for care.

New customer and I will be returning! Went in for rear brakes/rotors and ended up getting the oil changed and engine filter replaced as recommended. Ardi and Mel were extremely helpful along every step of the process. I appreciated the text/email correspondence though Ardi did a great job explaining every detail over the phone. Not once did I feel pressured, rushed, unwelcome, or uninformed. I will be returning based on the fair pricing and amazing service! Thank you!
