Honestly do not use this moving service and that's you want to lose almost everything or everything that you have these people are thieves and they are unprofessional and I don't even see how they're operating there's nothing nice about them stay away from the finest time they even go so far as to bring a little 70 year old lady with them who offers to clean houses for you so I guess if they didn't get all they wanted when they moved your stuff if you ever contract her to clean a place for you I'm pretty sure she would clean you out.

This is my first time with movers. Inquired about it. Was told they have equipment n supplies needed. A 2bdrm/2bth. With the anticipated time of 4hrs labor (so I think at longest, 6hrs. It was also a longer walk to trailer). 1 mover came and brought their little brother. Assessed the situation, called a third guy in. Now they r moving slow waiting on the 3rd guy to come help. Then they started speeding up as time went by, realizing the other mover isn’t showing up. So now we have 1 dolly, 1 professional, and 3 regular civilians (including me, my 16yr old, n his helper) I burrowed a dolly from my building. He didn’t have any wraps (n I asked about supplies. I used what I had saved from my previous move). I saw the brothers try and working hard (10hrs!) so I didn’t mind supporting them and helping. What I didn’t think about is, when I unload.Tv base, dresser, desk, tv entertainment thing, blankets are thrown out. Couch, bed platform, and other stuff are broke and/cosmetic damage. I am able to use and work with the things that arent broke and just cosmetic but it saddens me. AlI I wanted to do was move and support a local business. I have reached out to figure this matter. But i can’t even get a receipt of payment and the name of the loader. I paid for extra hours of labor, i had to throw out furniture and improvise on the not so broken, have to replace the “essential” stuff, and now not get a response.

The worst experience in my life!!! I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They had nothing but excuses. First it was their truck broke down and be by at 2pm. Then at 2pm tells me it's 4pm. Then call him and he only texts. I wouldn't recommend that at all. I have attached all the photos of the text messages so you can see for your self. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

They deserve zero stars. Called them a week in advance to get a quote. Decided to have them help my mom with a small amount of furniture that was left in her condo in Vegas that needed to be moved to Pahrump. It takes an hour and 20 minutes to get there which is a long drive for my mom. I set up a time with Joe a few days in advance. Sent a message the day before to confirm. They were supposed to meet us at 12:00. Got a message from the guy who was supposed to be doing the moving and said they were running late and wouldn't be there til 1:30 or 2. So we got things ready for the movers while we waited. We waited til 2:10 and I text and asked it they were almost there. Finally got a message back that they wouldn't be there til 3:30 or 4. Ridiculous! We were very upset! I told them forget it because my mom can't drive in the dark. Waste of time and gas! DO NOT hire these people! So inconsiderate!

I called a week in advanced to set appointment for my move which was not a far move at all. I was told a certain time. Fast forward to the day of the move. At the time I was scheduled for I have heard nothing from this company. I call and someone who sound like he was sleep answer the phone and said "oh let me find some guys I'll call you back in 10 minutes" . 20 minutes goes by I call back. After 2 hours of him looking for someone he finds a guy. Who calls me but he's alone and needs to find someone to help him. When he shows up the person he found had on flip flops and asked me for a pair of socks. at this point I'm desperate. I needed to move my stuff out by that day. They broke my dresser, my family heirloom, and some other small decor I had. They left my dining room table in the middle of the floor on its back. The guy with tennis shoes was so worried about a side deal and what my kids were doing and how they could move stuff . Like this man thought it was ok to address my daughters and instruct them to move stuff I hired him for. Oh and to make it better when I paid them it never went to "Mr Nice Guy" it went to Grills on Wheels needless to say I lost money and furniture after this experience. I wouldn't even call these people to move a piece of paper for me . If I had no hands and needed cotton balls picked up I'd call for a blind person with no ears to grab it for me.

I booked these guys Thursday to help me move today, Monday, for 8am. Had me text him the details with my address. Did that. I immediately asked to bump the move down a couple hours to 10am because I also needed to pick up a Uhaul before they got here. He responded on Thursday with "Yes no problem". And that's that. Nobody confirmed. I texted myself to confirm this morning an hour before their set arrival time and nothing. No call. No text. No show. Then no answer to my calls and completely ignoring my texts. Thanks for making an already stressful situation even more stressful by ghosting the appointment entirely. I'd advise people searching for help to read and hear all of our warnings and find somebody else. Anybody else. The frantic scramble I am feeling trying to find ANY help today for an out of state move is not fun.

I used Mr Nice Guys for 2 hrs on a sun. I called on sat and they fit me right inThey showed up on time. Assessed the situation. Loaded all my furniture in a timely manner. Victor and Danny were hard working professional, and friendly. The pricing was well worth it. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We made an appointment with them for Monday at 10am, they texted nd stated they are behind on schedule. No problem, they stated they will be an hour late so we waited and we texted them again asking if they were still coming and they kept saying yes we are. We called the office and the person on the phone couldn't even get a hold of his own people. No call no show and lead us on thinking they were still coming. Very unprofessional.Service: In-county removals

Booked them the day before - they said to text them details, and I did. Received a confirmation text. The next day they never showed up, no phone call, nothing. I called to check in - they apologized and said they would check on the status of the guys. They never called me back. They are super unprofessional and left us very disappointed.

How about not so nice guy moving company... my experience was absolutely horrible not to mention I’ve called & emailed the company to speak with a supervisor or the owner about my experience but I haven’t heard anything back.... so I’ll share my experience here for future customers to see what I went through while hiring this company to help me with my local move:I hired this company for a move on Thursday, June 20, 2020 to help move a few items from my rental unit to my newly built townhome... about 5-8 minutes from location to location. I contacted the dispatch # to speak with someone about my interactions with the driver of the delivery service and my less than pleasant experience with him. They gave me an email address that no one has checked or bother to reply to my email.Prior to the movers coming I had already broken down both my bed frames and had both mattresses and box springs sitting by the front door, when the movers arrived at approximately 9:04am he (the driver) asked me to show him what all needed to be moved - as I explained to him only the TVs and the bed frames, mattress and couches downstairs would be the only thing he was moving... he didn’t appear to be listening as he kept saying “so everything is going?” My response each time - “No! Just the TVs and items downstairs.” The driver and his partner proceed to start go upstairs to further breakdown the bed frame to literally out the box standards (using this as a ploy to take more time) saying it had to broken down this way in order to be transported. I simply just said okay.As the movers are moving my items out the house all you can hear is profanity and how big my furniture is and some instances you could hear the driver making complaints about why would I have such heavy furniture etc... which I find very unprofessional especially if the tenant is still in the house. Now let’s fast forward to the move into the new house - as the movers came to the new house it took them about 30 - 45 mins before they could start because the driver moved his truck about 4-5 times because he didn’t want to listen to my suggestions as to where he should park - his response to me was “be quite and let me do my job” - I was just flabbergasted that the team I had hired was being so rude. Once the truck was finally parked he asked again to see the working space and took about 10 -15 mins to roll out some floor mat throughout the house to help with moving.Once the move was complete I noticed all kinds of dents and scrapes on my walls in the hallway and stairwell of my newly built home - when I expressed this concern to the mover he said that’s what happens during a move especially when you have big furniture - with no care or sense of concern. Then the driver went to tell me my total was for 4 hours of service, and I asked him would it not be prorated since they finished at 33 after the hour and didn’t start till a few minutes after 9am (around 9:07am)? He then proceeded to tell me no they charge by the full hour, and then started making very smart and rude remarks towards me. To avoid confrontation, I asked could I just pay with my card and the driver caught another attitude saying “if you pay with your card it’ll be a $20 surcharge” so I had my partner pay them in cash and reached out to the dispatch line for the contact information for management or the owner. Not to mention a 4 hour move only consisted of moving:- 2 beds (that were already broken down)- 1 couch set- Dinning room table (no chairs)- 1 Lovesac insertI’m confused how it took so long to move literally only 5 items ?LONG STORY SHORT... if you like getting talked to like you aren’t paying for a service and you don’t mind getting your house damaged while moving in these are the movers for you ??????Service: Local removals

Horrible, horrible moving experience. Do NOT use this moving company and please warn at least three family members and friends about this company. They are dishonest, took my 2-3 hour job and turned it into 7.5 hours, broke our door, floor and furniture leg (did not compensate at all), charged us for getting lost over 1.5 hours in total, one of the movers didn't really work, moved items we told them multiple times not to, kept putting items in the way or were not organized, refused to let us help move our own items, yelled at us in our home when we confronted them about issues, held us hostage until we paid with cash at 10:30 at night. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. Both movers were unprofessional, especially Victor. Manager Joe keeps saying they will compensate us for the broken items but not the time we were exploited for. Then, owner Dale is not willing to contact us to resolve these issues. Last time we moved it took the movers, from an honest moving company, 1.5 hours and this time it took, this dishonest company, 7.5 hours to move us. You do the math, it's simply WRONG. At most it should have taken them 3-3.5 hours. In the end we were quoted $220 but charged $770. Please, please stay away from this company. Not worth it at any cost. See pictures of broken door and floor was chipped with white paint from our white cabinet leg that broke. Also, they lied about how the leg broke. It wasn't until the next day when we had to clean the old place that we noticed the chip on the floor and put the two together. Nothing but liars and con-artists!!!
