SCAM COMPANY!!!! Lost or damaged at least $20,000 in furniture. Brought us someone else's furniture including a grandfather clock and other antiques. Threw them back in truck when I said they were not mine. Tried to file claim but company refused to give me bill of lading. Spent 7 months trying to get any action. Still missing 3 pieces of ethan allen furniture. Note this company is just a shell, they use other companies to do the move. They REFUSE to unload unless you give them CASH. Left me with no recourse through a CC company. The good reviews are BOGUS, I can guarantee it. Bait and switch is their norm, they charged double the original quote, did not bring adequate movers to pack or unpack. The unpack crew was especially bad, only 2 guys for a 6 bedroom 6 bathroom house. Needless to say they didn't finish and left with half the house in the garage.In the photos you can see 3 damaged dressers, a destroyed temperpedic mattress, missing key for toolbox, missing screws, incomplete pieces of furniture missing other parts. I paid over $15,000 for the move, what a disaster.

**UPDATE**As promised, and as of 3/22/2024, an official complaint was filed with the Nevada Department of Transportation. We were informed that this company is not licensed to perform moves in the State of Nevada and that proper enforcement will ensue. They also informed us that moves that cross state lines are a federal issue, so we will now be filing a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for enforcement on the federal level.**This is a scam company. Paid a deposit for movers to come from Thursday to Friday; it’s now Sunday. Won’t return calls.**Update** interestingly, a few hours after posting this review, we finally received a call from the company. The representative stated that the truck would be arriving at 4pm today. Thankfully, we’ve already made other arrangements and disputed the deposit with the bank under scam claims. Not only can we not trust that the truck will show up at 4pm, as this would be the 3rd rescheduling, but we cannot afford to be out of work any longer than this delay has caused. Their reasoning? “Because of the amount of items you are moving, it is not as much of a priority as the others, therefore your delivery was pushed back without your knowledge.” Woah.UPDATE** AFTER I POSTED MY REVIEW, THEY POSTED OVER 100 spam/fake reviews with 5 stars. You can tell because they look like they were written by elementary school students and because they only have 1 review under the account. There’s also a lot of stock images posted under these reviews. Do your research and see for yourself, but do not, under any circumstances trust this company with your move.**UPDATE** 4 months later, we were informed that this company has disputed our dispute with the bank and are attempting to steal from us.To be clear, this company: (1) Is attempting to steal money from rendering zero services (2) Never showed up or answered the phone after the deposit was paid. (3) Lied to us about returning the deposit after scamming us and (4) posted over 100 fake reviews to drown out me calling them out.Overall, I do not recommend trusting this company with your move. You will be scammed.

I have nothing good to say about this company. I had waited to leave my review, but now I regret it as I'm not sure who else has been potentially scammed. This company offered to pick my stuff up and I submitted a deposit of over $800. Afterwards, they changed my dates which was acceptable. However, on the arrival date (date range) they never showed up and never answered their phones. I called my bank to dispute the charge... However, they claimed it was a deposit and refused it through the bank and visa.The did eventually call me back. But only after my ex had left a bad review. They stated my pickup was less important due to size and even offered me a lower rate for a reschedule. I was unwilling to have this offer because all their validity had been lost. I informed the guy who said he was the owner that I disputed it with my bank and he said "that's fine". This turned out not fine and the only way to take em to small claims is through Nevada. This makes me believe it was intentional, as I would have to travel back just for Court.Please be aware when using this company, and just go elsewhere. I wouldn't trust the reviews that come from people with only ever one review. This is quite apparently fake.

This is a poorly ran ‘business’. The company caused emotional distress to my family in more ways than one. The biggest being that they gave me confirmation and assured me they’d be able to handle my move…not only was this not true, they were unreliable, noncompliant, and unapologetic!! Having a business is hard but reputation is everything and these guys do not have a lot going for them!!!

Not sure how these guys have such good reviews, I'm pretty sure that the 5 star reviews are fake, based on the the fact that all the reviews are either 1 star or 5 star, and based on the low BBB ratings which are more in line with my experience.- The sales guys will do anything to get you to sign the piece of paper. I had to have the sales guy resend the contract no fewer than four times due to the errors he made.- When the contract was still missing some listed items (which I had given the broker in writing) the drivers hassled me about it and threatened to leave, even though I was under the quoted cu. ft.- They are are a broker, meaning that they don't actually assign a driver until the last possible moment. They require you to give them a 2 day window of availability and don't tell you until 6pm the night before pickup when the driver is coming for pickup, making it impossible to plan or have confidence that they even have a driver available.- They never answer their phones- They dropped off our belongings 2 days after the day that they said they would

Absolutely the worst experience, my personally packed boxes were searched, my furniture was broken and the moving team that loaded the truck were unprofessional and rude. I was told if I packed and sealed a box they would not open it however, they opened everything . I found kitchen utensils with bedroom items, etc. They sent a truck that was too small and rusted ending their packing day by putting my things in their personal cars claiming they would figure it out! When arriving at my new residence I was missing things like the dining room table! They later found things and delivered them damaged ( finding in the warehouse that they swore my things would not go to ) with an attitude. Again they said it was a direct move yet everything went to a warehouse and a completely different truck showed up on the other end ( the NA warehouse is where things go to die). Even the driver called in advance of the delivery apologizing for what my furniture looked like. They destroyed antique furniture that other movers have moved several times and had no remorse. The claims process took 5 months of fighting and once again they treat you like a criminal when they did the damage. I spent a crazy amount of money for this move and should not have to fight with this company. I seriously would avoid North American and/or Allied! Expensive solution, low quality and zero customer service?

If you're thinking of using this company, do so at your own risk. First, there was Christopher, our move specialist who said he would be there with us through the entirety of the process from start to finish. They didn't send anyone to do a walk-through for the estimate. They gave us our estimate based off of another company's walk through quote.?We were told that our things would be packed onto an 18 foot truck. They showed up with 2 trucks.?The day the movers arrived to moved us, they came with 7 workers. Sweet!!! Within an hour of arrival, 4 of the workers walked off the job. Gerald, the foreman, was an absolute TERROR. At first, we thought the workers were just disgruntled and didn't want to do the job. But it turned out that Gerald was known to be hard to work with & we quickly learned how fast he could create a hostile work environment. He was speaking very unprofessionally & derogatorily to his team. It was awful. They told us that there would be protective coverings put on our carpeted floors & that didn't happen. The foreman, Gerald, actually left in one of the trucks in the middle of the job. We have no idea what could have taken precedence over our move. As we start getting closer to being finished, they all stop working. Then we are told that the amount we will have to pay has gone up by an additional $2000 & weren't giving us full value of our original quote. So, we have to confirm that we will pay the difference upon delivery. They confirm that we will receive the additional credit towards the delivery payment. Before the trucks are completely packed & our ? 100% empty, Gerald is asking to get paid and that we sign paperwork. No, that's not how business works. When we asked questions about discrepancies on the paperwork he had a temper tantrum. These discrepancies were simple & straight forward. Gerald had filled in every item that they packed and boxed as PBO {packed by owner}. So, he wanted us to sign saying we packed our 80" Flat screen Television & everything else {ie, bed, sofas, chairs, etc}THEY packed to take away responsibility if anything arrived broken. We were not signing anything until this was corrected. When he had to contact management like we asked, Gerald became very disrespectful, wouldn't look us in the eye, & was insulting. He walked up & down our street talking negatively about us, the clients, who had done nothing wrong. He told one of the workers to take our front ? off the hinges to get our sofa out of the ? instead of just taking the feet off. I, personally, caught him being careless with a box marked fragile & dropped it. They packed clearly marked HEAVY boxes on top of smaller boxes.? Then we found out, that they were taking our property to a warehouse where it would get offloaded & reloaded onto another truck.?We were supposed to receive update calls from the delivery driver from the time they left the warehouse. That never happened and we had to get the driver's contact info and initiate communications. A few days before the truck was scheduled to arrive, we receive a call from the home office saying that the truck couldn't come on our street to unload, yet we see big trucks on our street all the time. Not to mention that if you are loading and unloading its not a problem. And this was going to cost us an extra $1600. They'd keep our belongings if we didn't pay for it. So our belongings would have to be loaded and unloaded again. The truck arrives with 3 people, one of which they just picked up off the street. We were, initially told that there would be a team they were working with in our new city. LIES! The complete unloading took close to 12 hours if not more. Did I mention that my husband {a 100% disabled retired veteran} and I had to help with the unloading? If we hadn't it would have never been finished and even more of our belongings would've ended up broken. To be continued! Update!! A year later still finding PURPOSELY broken taken apart items! THE WORS

This is one of the best moving companies I've ever used! 100 percent legit. They care about all of the customers. They will make sure to meet every customers needs and handle all of your stuff with great care. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I happy and satisfied with their hard work and I definitely was! Overall great experience. The workers were Professional and conducted self with manners. It made the process smooth and fast. They have lower rates than anyone I can think of and make sure they are tentative to your needs. If you ask me I would choose then everytime.

4 young men came to the house and loaded a 3 bedroom house in 2 hours. Very professional and took great care to protect our belongings and not damage the house. A great company for your moving and storage needs

I was recommended by a Co-worker who came from a military family to try out Moving Services SP LLC when it came time for my family to pack up and move. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by who responsive the company was when I reached out for the next availability they had. They also reassured me that moving our Baby Grand Piano would be no problem at all and I can say they went above and beyond with how carefully they wrapped and moved my piano. The team of workers was very professional and polite and would ask and not just assume about an item which made my heart happy and reassured that my items were treated with respect. If you are planning on moving anytime in the future I highly recommend Moving Services SP LLC you won't be disappointed.
