“They completed the job in little over an hour move to a one bedroom townhome 9 miles. Same day, last minute service. Effective communication. Really polite and treated items with care. Provided blankets for protection for my furniture and had their own dolly that sped up the process. Very efficient! Would use again and highly recommend!”

“I had a 3 person crew: Curtis, Yale, and I think Jeremy? I didn't hear the third guy's name so apologies. They were a little late but Curtis was very courteous about calling me to let me know and he had told me it was his first day as lead which I think he did a phenomenal job. The front office wasn't very kind about telling them they were in the way of the parking but my location didn't have the best space for the truck so Curtis was very adamant about getting me moved quickly which they were very fast. Also Curtis was very good at making sure that he wrapped the glass doors of my shelf carefully and made sure it wasn't damaged when we got to my new home. Yale was very good at knowing that although the bookshelf was originally in my room, I didn't want to move it there at the new location. So props to you guys!”

“The two men arrived on time with 30 min advance notice as promised. They finished unloading a 16 ft POD in 1:45 hours. What I especially appreciated was that they warned me about using the dolly inside -- the possibility that the wheels would mark the carpet. So they ended up carrying everything, even the heavy items by hand. I used the Las Vegas location.”

“The movers were excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. The Foreman, Alberto, was especially knowledgeable in best practices. They wasted no time and were very cautious with our breakable items and furniture. I expected some minor damages, but so far I’ve not found so much as a scratch on anything. The price was a bit high, but well worth every cent if you want your belongings in good hands. The saying that you get what you pay for was definitely at work here. Would recommend to anyone and plan to use them again in the future if the need to move arises.”

“Just moved to Vegas from Birmingham. Daniel was very helpful with dropping off the relo cube. He made great suggestions on the best spot to place it and then provided his cell for me to call once I was finished.
The management at the apartment didn't even notice the cube it was there for so short.
The items I had were mostly safe with two cheaper items (an amazon dresser thing and plastic tub) not making it due to a bungee cord snapping. But that was my packing issue.

“Overall none of My things were damaged which was My biggest concern. I had a sleeper couch to move, my wooden table, my bed frame, mattress, my vanity, my Dresser, daughters bed frame and her mattress. When i first called I spoke to Aaron I believe and he broke down costs etc and possible estimate. He also told me if they went over some minutes they wouldn't charge me for the 30 min price which they go by 2 hour minimum and then go by 30 min increments which is 65 for 30 mins I believe.
Moving day 2 guy job apparently and they did come on time. I do appreciate that my vanity did not get damaged since it was one of the more sensitive things and asked for special attention to that item.
When it came to my daughters bed.... which is an ikea loft bed frame. This Gave them a very hard time. The dissembly took quite a while. And when it came to the assembly that's what ate up the most time. It seemed to be a very complex bed for them and just be aware that they probably do not have much experience in assembling these kinds of beds. My bf went in and helped with the assembly or else they probably would of took wayyy longer and cost me way more money for just a bed assembly. The bed us complex. And maybe I should of hired a more experienced person to assembly the bed instead because it was costly for this. Plus my bf had to go in a help.
Once done which ended up being 620 total.
130 each hour +100 drive time and they took 4 hours.
Once done they went over 6 mins and I was still charged for the full 30. I wasn't told those before I was told I wouldn't get charged for going over some time. I did tell this to the mover guy Renee and he did say "well that's like us working for free for 6 mins".If that's the case then they should of worked up until the 30 mins. I probably had more things to do. He also told me he decided to not charge me for a box they used for my vanity. When my bf and I went I went back my house the box they used apparently was still at the first address lol. I understand companies are about their money but so am I. Just would of been nice to be told up front and not just say that to earn business because that just looks bad to me. But just glad my things weren't damaged. I did tip them because things weren't damaged.”
