This company deserves Zero stars. The absolute worst moving experience, constant price changes, holding belongings as hostage, delayed delivery by one month, poor customer service, and rarely able to talk to an actual person.

John and Bob were extremely easy to work with and very communicative throughout my move process. They were quick and I would highly recommend working with them at any time!

If it were possible to leave less than one star I would. They have my senior parents belongings and will not answer the phone, provide any information or a delivery date. Additionally, they were quoted a price and then told they needed to pay $2,000 more upon pick up. This seems to be a scam and may have cost my parents not only all their belongings, but many things like family photos and heirlooms that can never be replaced.

if i could give a negative rating i would…. can’t recommend this company even to my worst enemy. when my belongings were picked up, they argued with each other on how to get in the driveway where my storage unit was. then when they were loading, they handled my stuff like the gorillas in the old Samsonite luggage commercials. my desk and dresser were loaded and transported upended, without any concern for the contents. and communication was pathetic. i wasn’t told at pickup that i needed to email my address (i wasn’t sure if i was going to have it taken to my storage or my new home…. not that they hardly respond to emails anyway) and the loader just wrote on the paperwork ‘will call’. well i made several attempts to call with no response. finally a week later i got thru to someone and she told me what to do. after this, every time i called (not every day like they claimed) they were very rude and came up with a different excuse as to why my stuff wasn’t enroute. my stuff was held for nearly a month at their warehouse. then, since my desk and dresser were loaded and transported upended, they were a disaster upon delivery. the final delivery was the only positive part of this whole fiasco, the driver was very informative as to his approximate arrival, and had no trouble getting into my neighborhood

Garage company with extremely shady and scammy employees if you have watched better call Saul this is the type of business that would be on the show absolute trash they will charge you over the amount you were quoted they wait until all of your items are in the truck then they will raise the amount 50% or more waited three weeks for delivery then when it arrived the employees demanded a tip after the company has already charge you thousands extra so disrespectful oh and if you want the item delivered same day they’ll ask for an extra 600$ plus they’ll say we can keep your stuff for up to a month garage company avoid at all costs

Received a call on Saturday asking where we wanted our furniture delivered. Since we haven't finished closing on our house, and have 90 days of storage, I was miffed. But, only slightly, as this has been a NIGHTMARE from the beginning. After an exchange of information, the 'driver' texted me back to let me know that the goods would go to storage. When I asked him what storage facility, he told me to contact the office on Monday. I asked him for a contact name and number, which he gave to me. So today, Monday, Chris called me from a 605 area code, the great State of South Dakota, and the first thing he told me was that our family owed another $4,000 to have our household goods delivered. This is above and beyond the first $4,000 we paid, plus the next $10,000 we paid, and oh yes the third $4,000 we paid.Chris would not reveal where our goods were being held, period, end of conversation on that topic.Back to the driver; he said he and two other employees drove the truck non-stop from CA, I am assuming it was Oakland, because that what his area code indicated, but our goods were to be shipped, on an actual ship, because it was more economical for their company, out of Southern California, not quite Oakland. Before we paid the additional 14K, our goods were in Las Vegas and the money was to expedite getting the load to Southern California where they would put it on a ship, not a truck with three drivers who claim to have driven 3,281 miles in less than three days! An incredible feat considering the topography of British Columbia, the Yukon, as well as Alaska itself, simply amazing!Where are our paintings, dining room set, recliner and bed?Either nobody knows, or it's going to cost at least another 4k to find out...Here's my recommendation, hang up if anyone named Chris contacts you about a household move! Ask for a last name - that will go nowhere! Similar to asking where YOUR belongings are.See their pack job photo - that's a 80" flat screen, facing up, with another TV and something else on top of it - great work guys! Another 4k gone! Not to mention the cabinet freezer on it's side, never to be useful again.
