Mountain America has been an amazing credit union to work with. We have been a member for years and just recently applied for another loan. Brent T. has made the process extremely easy and he has been very efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mountain America and referred them to our family as well. The worst bank ever. Online banking is a joke with them. Scammers. Do not fall for there 3% cash back for balance transfers. It's a big scam and reps will lie to you about the deal.

Today I went for the first time to open an account and I never return. Since I arrived I approached Diana to ask if they attended without an appointment? I answered no....that she had the whole day full of appointments. I insisted on wanting to talk to someone to open a new account, they said I should register at the kiosk to see if there was space and they could help me. After 15 minutes the client who was with her left. and I asked Diana if she could help me... she answered no, that her next appointment would arrive in a few minutes, she got up and left and didn't come back after an hour. A gentleman who arrived after me without further that she would take care of him. I ask the owner of this bank:are his employees based on discrimination? Because I am Hispanic and I have an accent when speaking English? Or because apparently this woman didn't like me? or my money is not worth it?

Often times banks are a four letter word for me. I have been a member of mountain America credit union for over eight years. Whenever I need an issue taken care of, and I called them, they are humans they treat you kindly and respectfully, and most importantly empathetically, I’ve never dealt with another financial institution quite like them. They are truly unique. I have moved across the country to another state on the East Coast and I maintain my bank because they are truly a treasure if you were looking for a financial institution to treat you fairly humanely and caringly Mountain America credit union should be your choice

They took my money for a car payment and lost the payment- when i called to clear it they just gave me the run around- cant even hold of a manager too- they truely dont care- way to make someone's holiday. My suggestion dont bank with them.

Amazing credit union. Branch is always super friendly and helpful. Love this company. Many of the below complaints are from entitled people who don't check their actual account or statements. If you login and set alerts, you'll know what's coming out of your account. To expect the CU to call you about overdraft fees is insane. No customer accountability. This credit union is by far one of the best.

If I could give a negative stars, they've earned it. Worst credit union ever. Their lack of concern for your money, credit, and time are apparent with every transaction. I've literally waited 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for their computers to come back online and they lost "track" of my car title for a year..Avoid this financial institution.

I love this branch! They are welcoming, and all my questions are answered. They are professional and they care about us here in Vegas. I am staying with MACU because of this personal touch. I don't feel confident taking my banking to any other place, because my questions are answered by smart and caring employees, not robots. Please keep this branch open!
