Terrible customer service. Placed order on 6/24, it’s now 6/29 and it still has not shipped. FedEx said it would arrive today , but it hasn’t even shipped yet. Shipping 1-3 business days as website says is best case. They don’t seem to have effective communication with 3rd party manufacturers. I understand if situation is out of their hands, but the communication is terrible between MGI and Motogolf

Ordered a new powered golf cart from MotoGolf as they seemed to have the most competitive pricing and selection from many manufacturers.Recieved the cart about 1 week after ordering. Found one minor part that had damage, that appeared to be more packing related than shipping. MotoGolf asked for a picture of the part and arranged for a replacement to be shipped within 48 hours.Pleasantly Surprised with the Customer Service that went above and beyond my expectations. Thank You.

Awesome experience! Very knowledgeable staff and has the best cart selections online. Purchased a great remote control caddy based on my needs. I'm 65 & love to walk but pushing a cart was too much for my back. Now I can walk and enjoy the game.
