Most rude office biller ever!!!! She claimed I had to pay out of pocket for my socks because bla bla bla… even though I’m double covered. I might have if she wasn’t such a rude B. She needs a class on customer service.

Dolly is a gem. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. The store has everything you might need for compression articles and mastectomy products. This is the place to go when you need medical supplies from people who actually care.

Lymphedema is just another gift from cancer, you know the thing that just keeps giving. ?I was sent to MMS by my oncologist to get fitted for garments. I’m really sorry I’m horrible with names. The girl that fitted me was thorough in measuring me, kind, repeated things more than once. She contacted my insurance company, let me know they believe my arms and gauntlets were considered a prosthesis, how often my leg was covered. When I returned a week later to pick up my items she again repeated things more than once so that I understood how to not only put my new garments on, but how to properly care for them. Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly explain things, giving me a card and letting me know if I have any questions to call, great customer service! ?

"Mobile Medical Services" - the best place to get compression panties for work in Las Vegas. The quality of the product is amazing! If you are careful, one panty will last for months. The owner of the store (Dollie), who is very kind and caring, will provide you with all necessary information on how to take care of the product to make it last. I absolutely love this place, and suggest this store to all my friends!

I was diagnosed with a blood clot several weeks ago. I went to this store to get my compression stockings after leaving the vascular specialists. I waited 5 days for them to check with my insurance and called them to find out when I could get my stockings. They told me they would have to order them and it might take a another week or two. Having had a mother that passed from a clot I was not going to wait that long to implement interventions to prevent complications or death, so I went to the VA to see about getting them covered. I did receive them the next day at the VA, however they did not feel right and the vascular specialist agreed to get them from this place and compare the two. When I called MMS to place my order, I just happened to tell the receptionist/worker that I had received some through the VA and how they didn’t feel right. She immediately said she would no longer bill Tricare for me because I got some through the Va… I had NEVER heard that before and so I immediately called my insurance and they said that there is no reason MMS could not bill Tricare for the stockings. They are two separate entities. When I called back the lady was very short and rude. I even clarified with her that had I not mentioned my experience with the VA she would have billed Tricare and she matter of factly said, “Yes,” and told me I could pay the full amount and file the claim myself. So because of my VA coverage and my husband’s continued military service I’m being discriminated against and not afforded the same courtesy of filing the claim as everyone else? Awful business model and terrible customer service. I made sure to tell the Vascular Center and decided to leave a review here so that hopefully people, especially military and veterans will see this before they decide to waste their time going here.

The merchandise quality is really bad. Used this place since 2006 and it’s just going downhill! They don’t even take responsibility for their damages merchandise and make you pay for something you can’t even use.Otherwise it will go in your credit!!!Never doing business here again!

Horrible customer service. Act like they're doing you a favor. Another customer came in and immediately started complaining. I decided I wanted nothing to do with Mobile Medical. Calling doctor to tell him about this joke of a company he sent me to!

Horrible customer service. This location is in a very unsafe area. Homeless all around. Go in side and the clerk acts like I'm bothering her. Another customer walks in and engages the clerk about waiting so long for her compression socks. At this point I decide I want nothing to do with Mobile Medical. I just walked out. Calling doctor as he wrote the order for Mobile Medical and no one else will take the paperwork. Stay away from Mobile Medical.

I purchased stockings from this place..... NOW..it takes 2 weeks to get them into the store. I NEVER GET A CALL stating they were "in" and I made my way there to see about my order. Sign on the door says "NO Refunds" so I should have turned back before that time, but I TRUST people and their word. Ohhh they take your money, BUT, it's your responsibility to call them. They will NEVER call you....Customer Service? Where? I wear them for 2 WEEKS and the stockings begin to tear and separate. ( I have a 30 day warranty and a 6 month warranty ) and I've even called the MFGR who tells me to call their vendor (Mobile Medical) who sold me the crappy stockings. I bring them in to be "Evaluated" by Staff, and yep, I'm told it's MY Fault as I've "Pulled at the tops of the stockings" I waited a MONTH to get a call from MM supply so I can find out about their "Evaluation" of the stockings....and NOTHING, I had to follow up myself..I believe the stockings sat on the same cabinet as when I brought them in a month prior..( ( there was DUST on the box, which tells me the items SAT THERE and possibly never got "Evaluated" at all. ....I walked out with being ripped off for 100.00 with POOR CS and POOR product design... ( BTW, I'm no stranger to these type of stockings as I've had them in the past and I KNOW how to wear them) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
