I have had multiple primary and multiple rental homes insuranced with Misty for years without ANY claims. Paying thousands and thousands of dollars.I have Always Paid the balance in full. Last home i had insuranced with the agency, Misty's assistant didnt take a full payment but charged a partial amount, i had to have the insurance back dated for a small change in the balance due to a sale! Misty's after adjusting the amount owed for a sum less then $60 sent the bill to a collection agency instead of me!I paid the balance immediately over the phone with Misty herself, I asked why I didn't receive the updated bill and why she would submit it to a collection agency! No apologiesUnfortunate how thousands were collected from me in full without a single claim! but a less then $60 balance was forwarded to collections less then a couple weeks of asking for an adjustment.Not an ethical way of doing business

Misty Chadwick was a huge help with our auto insurance.I have a large vehicle and she was not able to insurance through Allstate, so she referred it to another agent with another company. I never thought an insurance agent would give away a sale like that just for the purpose of customer service. We also have our home and personal vehicles insured with Misty's agency. We are very happy with the service.
