I can't say enough great things about this apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly, place is clean, all units are updated, it's in a great location, and I always feel safe! I would highly recommend.

My experience as a first time visitor at this place was the greatest! The place was beautiful (hands down) but the service that was provided by both ladies "in particular Ms. Terry" was the best! I truly enjoy every minute I was there aside from receiving great information and a great tour. Although, at the moment this complex did not have what I was looking for BUT I'll continue to search/ follow-up with Ms.Terry until something becomes available so I may also become a tenant in the nearest future! Ms. Terry if you are reading this- you are phenomenal, your great attention to detail, your amazing personality & your great service is what will continue to drive more customers!

I just want to acknowledge and praise all the ladies in the front office here at Mirasol that made my transition from a sister property to here as smooth and seamless as possible!Any questions I had were answered and communication between myself and the front office was great!After moving in, the maintenance department has been very attentive repairing and fixing any service requests that I submitted.Very happy with my decision to transition to Mirasol!

I was not sure what to expect with mirasol because there pricing was reasonable. I was blown away with the community and all the amenities. Looking forward to move here.

Our water heater went out and we have had no consistent hot water for about 5 days. Unfortunately there is also a lack of communication. It’s sad because I really enjoyed my time here for the first year but lately things just aren’t the same.

I was very pleased when I walked into the office of the Mirasol.Teresa, the manager. Welcomed me ,offered me water .she was very accommodating. She also told me about the property and showed me the two bedroom model an it was beautiful, quaint and roomy. even has a fireplace.First thing came to mind was feeling at home .I was very pleased with all the amenities, an the grounds were very clean. Everyhing you need is close by. Freeway, Walmart , Hotel's Etc.i would recommend the Mirasol...........

The community is very nice, it has many benefits and also the attention from the professionals is magnificent. If you want a quiet and harmonious place, choose this place. I really loved it and very good attention, mainly with my colleague Esther, who was the one with whom I interacted the most. .

Worst place I've ever lived.And I've only been here 12 days.- Unit was not move in ready (3 plumber visits, 3 ac visits, 10+ maintenance visits. Leaky gas valve required cutting into drywall, leak in utility closet, water heater need replaced, ac/heating on the fritz and still isn't working correctly, etc) Spent the first 10 days without hot water or gas bc gas company wouldn't turn it on without them repairing things. Spent Veterans Day as a Disabled Vet without the ability to take a shower or cook food at home.- The main admin Esther's has a clear prejudice easily identifiable in trying to provoke & antagonize when simply trying to calmly ask they fix their mistakes. Literally had to ask my female roommate to go in because Esther was so rude and trying to goad me into a hostile response, not trying to work with me but instead adamantly trying to aggravate the situation. I go in to ask why the plumber isn't there during the time they were supposed to be, and I get talked down to and dismissed being told he won't be there today. My female roommate goes in, plumber is there within the hour. She treats women with respect and gaslights men. Her managers need not look any harder then the long list of hostility & conflict that comes in their office. The two common factors: not properly maintaining units & Esther. No one deserves to be treated differently because of their gender. I sympathize if she was mistreated by men but there is no excuse for her to take it out on others in a professional environment.- Worst is even after all of this we've tried to work with them, yet the response seems completely tone deaf of their failures. I myself was more then willing to write a 4 star review (Esther's blatant sexism being the -1) All they had to do is proactively make things right that they screwed up on. Instead you get the feeling they just sucker people in, exploit them, and then treat them as an after thought looking for the next victim.No one should move here.I wouldn't wish these living conditions on anyone. Waterton (their parent company) should be appalled at how horrid of a job the property management team is doing. Maintenance I can't fault bc their job is to repair, not their fault the office doesn't do their part. If Waterton or higher end management wants to work things out and make this right, we'll still do so. But no concessions or efforts have been made to do so, at best repairs have only been expedited if our lives revolve around hounding them to do their jobs. I would be completely embarrassed if I were running this location of not only the lack of professionalism, but the childish conduct of staff that creates unnecessary hostility and ill will.
