Roger was wonderful and a true professional. He knows his stuff and will patiently explain it to you, making sure you understand everything. Please disregard the previous person's comment about Roger not calling her back because she was using Hyatt Legal Services. We used our Hyatt Legal and Roger treated us as if we were paying him top dollar. He was always on time, prepared and very understanding when we changed our minds on some things and wanted to make changes. There was excellent communication throughout. We're happy to have found a competent, professional, kind, and helpful attorney. We high recommend Roger to everyone! A+++

The best attorney ever worked with. Very patient and helpful. He takes the time to inform you of the different steps of living trusts, wills, etc. You can tell the passion he has to help others. I did a living trust online and decided it seemed too simple. So went with his office. I was lucky I did. I had so many mistakes, I would have created havoc with my estate and was not protected correctly medically leaving everything up to a Dr. instead of a family member to decide my fate. Very reasonable fees and goes above and beyond to teach and help you based on your situation. You'll sleep better knowing you got this done leaving your family protected and not letting a probate court decide everything. Everyone should some type of will or trust, I learned you not only protect your family but yourself too. I am Retired Military., if you're still in the military get this done on base it's free don't wait as I did. Otherwise use Roger he is genuine.

I filed a joint petition for Divorce and had Roger prepare and file the paperwork, he charged a fair price and got it done quick. I was divorced within 2 weeks. I highly recommend him.

3 years post divorce I needed some custody advice and Roger was on my list for Hyatt Legal which is a service I pay for. I emailed and contacted his office 3 separate times and he failed to set up an appointment with me. I guess he makes more money with his mediations than dealing with Hyatt Legal customers. Shame because I had even offered to pay over and above the consulting fee if I had needed to retain him. Waste of time.

I recommend Attorney Giuliani to all of my friends and family. He is the kindest and most competent lawyer out there. When my dearest friend was dying he carefully and meticulously put together her trust. He handled my sisters, my mother's and my trust as well.

Roger is kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, goes out of his way to help his clients, and is very detail oriented attorney. Pretty much everything I was looking for in a lawyer. My estate planning documents were completed extremely quickly and most importantly accurate. Obvously, completing those items isn't the a "fun" task, but he made it very pleasant and easy to understand what was being signed and the processes. Would highly recommend him.

My father hired Roger thru Hyatt Legal, a service provided by his employer. My Dad passed away last month so I contacted Roger since he did his Trust and will. It took days for Roger to get back to me to schedule an appointment while I was in town taking care of Dad's affairs. I met with him on 07/25/18 and he had no signed documents, just draft copies, after my Dad had hired him 3 years prior and paid a monthly service fee to Hyatt Legal. I paid Roger $300 for an hour of time and to review draft documents that do me little good. We discussed some options on what to do since the Trust was not signed. I called Roger 2 days later on 07/27/18 to let him know I wanted to pursue one of those options. I also left messages on 07/30 and 07/31. As of 08/13/18 I have yet to hear from this man or his office. Also he does not seem to have an assistant and the reception ladies say they do not work for him and they cannot assist with anything. I am super disappointed in Roger, especially after paying $300 for little help and no call backs. He says it was up to my Dad to return a signed copy. How would you not follow up in the last 3 years? I find this ridiculous. He seems to just want to do bare minimum and get paid.

Mr. Giuliani handled the update of our will and trust. He was very helpful, courteous and professional! He thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions without seeming hurried or bothered. He handled everything extremely quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to have him handle any legal matters that might arise in the future.
