Very helpful and informative, she helped me with my purchase in a fast and efficient manner and also let me know about the available deals and after learning about them I couldn’t see how anyone could say no! Got a new phone and when I swipe up Google News pops up canceling phone calls, music to every other site. It won't let me FaceTime or upload vids to Meta/You Tube. Took it in and they will not even touch my cell and their knowledge is zero! They are there to sale defective products, not for support/assistance.

Went in yesterday 9 23 2020 guy was nice enough so came back today and it was 7:16 and bad customer service ..they close at 7 30 and the girl was in a rush to get out of there so she told me I have to come back in the morning then she kinda changed her mind at that point I felt uncomfortable with her helping me. If I come in at 7 29 I feel I should still be helped . I drove all the way across town from my job ...what a inconvenience!!!

I don't recommend coming to this store unless you want to feel like you're bothering the people working there. Employees should just be trained on their customer service skills more.
