Rossy assisted me this Metro by T-Mobile I believe the address was 4950 Tropicana avenue Las Vegas Nevada.I needed a phone today but I could have done without the store completely, I will never make that mistake again.If I do go back ROSSY WILL BE IGNORED.This girl didn't seem to be happy number one and I can care less who it was about. DO YOUR JOB!Good customer service mean save your drama for yourself. All I wanted was to purchase a phone choose a plan and leave the store.But it's never that easy because you have to deal with humans, WHO ARE Messy AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.I found a phone I didn't really want and I was told I can buy it for $120.Outside of the iPhone I really wanted, I saw another phone, and because it was extremely large, it was a 2nd best... She then gave me the same deal for $120.I accepted.Before she rang me up, I asked if I decide I don't want this phone could I get a full refund, she said yes! As long as you bring it back within 7 days and less than 60 minutes talk time.I believed her...Turns out she was lying!SHE LEFT OUT THE FACT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING $20 OF THAT MONEY IT'S NONREFUNDABLE...THIS IS EXPLAINING WHY SHE WAS RUSHING TO RING ME UP.No matter how fast a person goes I still take my time. I asked for my receipt.She said I'll put it in the box for you.I said I need my purse in my hand.I didn't put my money in the box!She rang me up folded the receipt stapled it closed, put it in the damn box and then gave it to me.It's ridiculous honestly!Very tacky...I got my bag, took the receipt BACK OUT OF THE BOX, popped the stables and put my receipt in my damn purse.Honestly if I didn't already pay for that phone, I would have walked out the door.I really don't like IGNORANT people...Or why they think that we really have to be there?!?But then I found out later why she did that.instead of her charging me for phone, she charged me and then gave me a credit for that phone which must be a scam since I wasn't charged at all for a phone. I WANT PHONE RECEIPT!WATCH HER...She then charged me for a screen protector I never asked for and it's cheaper on Amazon.She charged me $20 that's nonrefundable but she left that out of the conversation.And $68 to activate my phone.Institute features she never asked if I wanted.That Metro doesn't put on your receipt...SLICK!The customer service had to help me WITH AN ACTIVATION THAT WASN'T COMPLETED.SHE DIDN'T CARE, none of them do.All they want is the money!!Its service just like that, why I will not be a repeat customer.She didn't tell me she add it to services I paid for and isn't on the receipt!FRAUD!PRICE GOUGING DURING COVID-19 IS A CRIME.TAKING MY MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES IS FRAUD AND THAT'S ALSO A CRIME.I'm going to continue filing complaints until someone corrects this problem!I need proof of purchase.The two features she thought she can add on to my account without me knowing HAS NOW BEEN CANCELED!I will always double-check people work since none of them can be trusted.And honestly if it wasn't for $20 SHE LIED ABOUT. I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY REFUND. I'M NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT A LOSS. AND FOR THAT COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED.HER STUNTS ARE THE REASONS WHY CUSTOMERS SNAP.We want only what we ASK FOR...So I CALLED HER INSTEAD OF GOING DOWN THERE BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO ACT RIGHT.I am truly unhappy with the fact that she lied & CHARGED MEEXTRA FOR THINGS I NEVER ASKED FOR.I RECEIVED NOTHING BUT IGNORANCE FROM EVERY PERSON IN FOUR DIFFERENT STORES. IT'S LIKE THEY THINK WE NEED THEM!INSTEAD OF THEM NEEDING A JOB...As a business owner my customers will receive respect and get what they pay for...I walked out of four stores today because of these idiots not being nice.And then I completely blew it by dealing with be Rossy.I think every place I go these days there's someone trying to scam me.Either that or they just have a horrible attitude...

The girl called me up in Spanish and kept wanting to conduct the transaction in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish. I only speak English. Super rude and I think I interrupted her break. I wont be back.

I'm never purchasing from here, the Mexican girl with burgandy hair named Ruby was so rude and very very loud! No customer service at all, has 24/7 additude problem. Also she spoke to me in Spanish and I only speak English not okay to assume and not even correct herself! She's very rude to an older gentlemen as well. Wish I could give no stars. I'm a bright 23 yr old. She doesn't say anything to the kids grabbing things and running around but she tells me not to stand next to the counter in Spanish very harshly! and embarrassed me in front of my family because they felt embarrassed , I wasnt doing anything wrong, I wasnt behind the counter because I know nobody is allowed behind there.. something need to change here, starting with her. 7pm 3/13/19

Stopped into this particular store to look at new phones for my daughter. They were really friendly and offered some pretty great deals we couldn't pass up. The service was so superb, that we ended up with THREE new phones instead of one. There are a bunch of Metro PCS stores around where I live, but I will continue to shop here because the staff was amazing. Especially Jared who handled everything we needed with complete ease and a smile.
