I went to have my number transferred to an extra phone as mine was broken. My sim card wouldn't work in it so the store agent tried a new one. I was charged, it didn't work. The attendant thought he canceled the sale. After a reasonable amount of time I went back to the store as my refund had not posted. Management was contacted and i was assured they would look into it and make it right. After nearly a month I was never contacted. After contacting them again I was told they wouldn't be refunding my $38.12. The sales people are nice but the management/owner are crooks.

Was having trouble with my phone and pulled over to the first metro mobile that I saw. Thank you so much Erik for solving my problems.? I also added a few new accessories and couldn't be happier. I will spread this location for best service.

i came to the metro pcs on russell and boulder and eric and alex are the freaking best. my phone stop working and they were able to get it working and i tried myself to fix it by reseting the phone waiting and they were able in a hour to make my phone i love them come to this metro they will get u deals and any phones fixed as long as its power by t-mobile.

New Customer! Erik took great care of me today. My phone was stolen and was using another carrier. Other carrier (Cricket) had a clueless unhelpful person. Came to Metro and leaving with a new IPhone and new plan.

Spent Sunday afternoon at the Metro PCS on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo. In their effort to fix my phone, they strip my phone of everything! It was so frustrating trying to download new apps and the fact that all my doctor's appointments in future appointments were erased, so I headed over to the MetroPCS store on Boulder. The guy I did the best I could, which helped a little, but I need to go back and see him again. All in all my phone has been giving me grief for 3 days. And the guy I'm Boulder Highway made it a little bit better.

Personally this is my absolute favorite Metro PCS store the people that work here actually know what they're doing they're on top of their game I wouldn't recommend any other store but this one.
