I went to the store on Easter/Owens in Las Vegas, a d it was already closed, the schedule says 7:30 and it was not even 7 and the employees turn me aways saying they were closed

Went in to get new phone the lady said that they were closed even tho still had 10 min before closing even tho there was another man I'm the store.

Horrible place to go to. Went in to buy a new phone and the woman told us she was closed 10 minutes early and she even has a customer in the store while the door is lock.

Was greeted kindly by Maria as soon as we entered the store. She was able to help explain the 5G gateway very well and helped us get one quickly. Will definitely come back and will also recommend this location to family and friends because the service was perfect. Thank you!!

This store is garbage..and everything in it..How do you not have a high tech phone on carrier Maclaren 7tpro..And they are not knowledgeable of how to set a correct activation.they were more worried about commish.So given 2 stars is to high on my standards for this store.I would blast the store mnger..not even worth the words..when he said he was mngr....I knew this store was not on point..

Britny has helped me find the right phone for my needs back a couple months ago. Very knowledgeable about technical things which I needed answers and she gave them. Great customer service! She helped me again today and I was so grateful!

I went to this store SUNDAY after 11am and I was serviced by ABIGAIL. Now I said: I would like to fix my acct and get the hotspot for my kids to watch movies and play videos games on. ABIGAIL: pero no problem I can help you with that.... so she fixes my acct then we discussed the mobile hs she tells me this 30GB will last thru the month and that they will have no problems with this device. She served it up real saucy like and made her lit ouchies off me ya dig. So boom we go home and we hook up the hs and it's working good for that day and I'm like mmmkkkkkkkkkrrrrrr oooooooouuuuuu! Then the next day it's dead . So I call 611 and then lady said it's no way 30GB is used up in a matter of hours. So she did something and it started working for a few hours and stopped working again. Today I go in and I let the girl know what happened and here comes little miss Abigail to counter. I repeat myself for the umtenth time and she begins to instantly say "I tell all my customers that this internet service is not good for streaming and that it will not last thru the month. How come you didn't say this 4 days and $120 later? Let me answer that for you because she needed to make commission. If your job is lying to ppl to make a sell and you can sleep easy knowing your as an artist by all means do you boo. But to lie and then try to defend the lie that you told in order to gain some paper it's disgusting. But I guess she needed that $10 commission pretty badly.
