Terrible customer service they dont pick up the phone when you call and they are never open during work hours light are on the doors are locked no signage

I’ve been waiting outside (door is locked) for about 10:40pm-11-20am 30minutes. There is no signage(as shown on the pic) ,the door is locked lights are on .This isn’t a good experience since im trying to switch to this carrier.- I wouldn’t recommend (since itll most likely be closed) at random times based on this experience .

They are a rip off dont go to them. The one on lake mead and lamb every month they have my hotspot saying i used up all my memory 35g and then i have to pay 5 dollars more every time i play online video games and it happens all the time with them. And after i pay the 5 and more dollars it dosent even still let my hotspot work my wife is paying for full hotspot. Not two day's after the bill is paid it says I've use up all my memory do not go to them. This is a rip off every month.

I went in yesterday and really didn't know what to expect as I've had a couple of instances with prepay cell carriers, with AT&T being the latest and turns out most viscious of them all. Anyways, there was a young lady behind the counter along with a gentleman. The man was busy and so this woman asked if she could help. I explained my latest experience with ( that other carrier) and that I am not sure what I wanted but just knew I had to get rid of those guys as my cell provider. Well, her name was Evelyn and shewas fantastic. She explained everything and answered every question without hesitation . She went the extra mile to make sure that I could keep my old number and while she was waiting on me, I felt like I was being waited on. There is too little of that now a days. SO, hats off Metro and Also Evelyn. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for welcoming me into the Metro familyThanks...
