I asked for a simple question 2 days in a row, first day my phone didn’t charge anymore, and I wanted to purchase the iPhone 14 pro,……supposedly they didn’t have one available…. Because they were closing! I understand, being in retail. So I asked, give me your card so I can call if you receive some tomorrow, witch they claimed.I called and they had some the next day in the afternoon.As I entered the store, the young ladies had NO idea what they were doing…. I kindly asked, can you please give me a breakdown of what my cost will be and my first payment.Well…… the manager or whatever he is and pretends, joined them, and couldn’t give me a breakdown, his answer was…. I don’t know, we don’t know…. You will find out on your next statement???I kindly told him, hey listen this account, who I’m authorized on is my ex husband. We are great friends, but I don’t want him, excuse my French… tell me: woman what the F… are you going to pay for this phone? So can you please give me a breakdown, so I can inform him upfront the billing.Nope they couldn’t, so I said, well thank you but I’m going to take my business elsewhere.He became like a demon… you go, you get out of my store, I don’t want you here, you have a great day, leave!!! Leave my store!!! Goodbye!!!!I went to another location, they gave me the correct breakdown, and I was out in 15 minutes.It’s sad, poor man must have a horrible life ?

As they got new management and they are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Just got an upgrade and they hooked me up with two free tablets.

Came in a few weeks ago to get a phone transferred from my mom so she could use it on this network. The girl that helped me was very kind, even helping me past closing time which I greatly appreciate. Everything was done in a quick manner and my mom has been using the phone ever since.

I went to this store and i had an iPhone 12 that was frozen.The agent said i needed a new phone.I bought a phone that I had From Cricket.The agent told me i couldn’t use that phone.i was presented with a few phones.The agent tried to pressure me into buying the IPhone 14 at $150 a month.I bought the IPhone se which i hate it’s trashed.And when i went home my original phone ran out of charge and i charged the old phone and it worked fine.I was hustled for $74month for a terrible phone

The worker wasn't able to do anything! A friend needed her account number and the j*** said she needed to answer a bunch of security questions, she had her Driver's License with her and he wouldn't do it. We went to another location and had no problems.

Extremely efficient and helpful customer service rep named Royal. My daughter and I were in and out in less than 15mins. He solved our issue in a timely manner. I would like management to take notice of this employee for his excellent customer service. We visited the location of 8174 S. Las Vegas Blvd. and very satisfied with employee Royal and his efficiency. Thank you.

I was there over an hour with Eric the manager of 2 stores. He was extremely professional and polite. My Motorola took forever as my WEDGE had a line thru it and he hag multiple customers......AMAZING EMPLOYEE

This is one of those reviews that start with "if I could give them zero stars I would..." I walked in asking for an iPhone charger. The kids working in there look and tell me they only have the cord not the charging block. I call them kids because that's what they practically were. I mention if that's all they have I'll take it since I need to charge my phone. I know blocks are easy to find at a CVS. I leave and immediately notice it's the cord that connects to a USB-C not a normal USB cord. I immediately turn around and go back to return it. First the kid said he didn't know how to do returns. Then his story changed to only managers can return items and one wouldn't be in till Monday (2-days from now). I'm not from here so I can't wait till Monday. Instead, I ask him if I can return it at any Metro and he replied no, I had to return it back to that store only. He calls a manager on the phone asking for help. Then his story goes a new route saying that chargers are exchange only. If your store has a weird no return policy, I think your employees should state that with the purchases. Not conveniently use that excuse when the kid at the register doesn't know how to do returns. And furthermore, your store should be fully staffed with personnel that can assist customers in everything. Not just taking our money. HORRIBLE customer service. Customer service should be trying to help people when there's a mistake or a problem not telling me "I told you this was the cord we had".

Great kid working there. Really knew all about gadgets. Saved me big time. The girl working at the metro on Silverado and lv.blvd. told me I needed to go to repair shop not evening wanted to be bothered with my phone. Glad I brought it here. The girl working here said all I needed was simply a new SD card. She fixed my phone real fast. Made my day. Since the girl up the street had me thinking it was going to be expensive. It wasn't. Glad I figured first girl was just lazy and enjoyed treating elderly people like we are stupid.
