Went in for an upgrade because my previous phone started having issues. The girl changed my plan and added on a premium subscription that I did not want or know about! Very upset that I have to deal with fixing this. Plus, she kept trying to upsell me. Go to a different location.

Great customer service. The young lady that helped me was so friendly. I switched my daughter's phone over to Metro PCS and after I got home the phone did some crazy stuff. I took it back and she was so helpful to get it fix.

Place is deserted, lights on but nobody is home. Looks like it has very poor service. The Mexican food next door is great, I did ask around and find out that now and then some employee goes there but only stays for short times. Phone not even has a voice mail, weird on a Phone selling place.

Came into this Metro PCS location with the intention to reactivate a phone that I purchased while living in Georgia. I was greeted by a very rude and abrasive representative that clearly hates her job. My husband and I asked her several questions about plans, she answered with a lot of negative attitude as if we were bothering her. As if her attitude wasn't enough, she said she could not activate the phone for an unspecified reason. Then basically accused us of stealing the phone. Which I still have the receipt for. In addition, we were planning to add four additional lines with Metro PSC, but her attitude was enough to deter us from becoming customers. I will escalate these concerns, because there is a certain level of professionalism that a customer service representative should possess, needless to say she did not have any. Unfortunately, she is a direct representation of the company. And I can't do business with Metro PCS. Disappointed Military Family.

My family and I wanted to activate a phone we purchased out of town. When the representative tried to look up the phone's IMEI number, her system was unable to find any information on the phone. Presumably because it was purchased out of town. Now at this point she could have been a professional and tried to find a way to help us out but instead we got subtly accused of stealing the phone. Her overall attitude up to this point was enough to put a bad taste in our mouths but this took the cake. She made no efforts to help us out, find out how to help us out, or show us that we were valued as customers in any way. What she did do is quickly dismiss us as if we were wasting her time. Keep in mind that there was no one else in the store at the time so she was not in a hurry. Overall we were very disappointed and decided not to activate this phone or the three other phones we were looking to activate. We'll be looking for another carrier.
