I was visiting my family in Las Vegas from Mesa AZ when my ON5 battery was about to explode. I have been a Metro PC customer for several years and so I went over to the Spring Mountain store and met Champ, the mobile expert. Being 73 years old I decided to upgrade and she took all the time needed to set up my ew A30S. Patience of Saint and so very knowledgeable.

We went to add my mother and son to our phone plan and it was so simple. Our store is in the Spring Valley shopping Center across from Walmart, and Celest was the person who took care of us the day we visited. She really knew what she eww as doing and even told me about some new features for my Tablet. Thanks Celest, we are very happy.

J a i, was super cool, super nice, super calm. He gave me a bottle of water when I was super thirsty. I want to come too Metro, he showed me all the plans which were way better than Sprint across the street near Rainbow and Spring Mountain. This man deserves a raise. He's good people. God bless. Champagne , the lady who helped me there didn't remember to collect the payment before sending me away. After I took care the payment , when the lady behind me was upset because I was finishing up the transacrion , champagne didn't admit that she forgot to collect my payment for the phone.
