Usually, I don't write reviews but in this case is a pleasure because Santiago from the store located at W. Sahara Ave and Durango provide the BEST exceptional customer service. The old fashion way!! He's super professional, kind, very patient and this is the best experience thanks to Santiago. Bravo ??. I wish more sales representative will be like him!!

Today we went to try to solve 2 issues at this store. The problem of making the payment through an online account and we also wanted to ask for help to remove all the metro apps from the phone. We couldn't do either.The person who assisted us could not finish listening to the explanation that my mother was trying to give her and simply asked for the phone several times. Without paying attention to anything that was being explained to her, she proceeded to install another metropcs app without asking or informing that she was downloading something on our phone. When I told her that was not what we wanted and that in fact we wanted to remove absolutely all Metro apps, she said that she would not be able to continue helping us. She turned the music on and proceeded to ignore us. And that was it.Frankly, we no longer wanted her help, but I tried to explain her that she was doing something that was not what we wanted. I even apologized to her if I had made her feel bad with my request. She went back to ignoring us and listening to her music. Was like wow. Amazing customer service.We get that is probably Metro company policy not to delete those apps from any phone, but is extremely annoying that they don't let you delete something you don't want or use. When the phone is something that you paid for and is actually your property. That is why I removed them myself. You just need a computer and a usb cable. But Metro should give the customer the option without having to go through that whole process. Metro apps are not system apps. And therefore they should be able to be deleted at any time.

Store is a scam. Been with the company for over a decade and they said that they had a promo to add a line for $25 and pay the tax and the activation and the phone would be free. That is 100% a lie. I was charged almost double what I should have been and then when I went back in to address it, the customer service rep was rude and defensive, the manager was not helpful, and his boss was conveniently on vacation. They also added thing to the phone plan without even letting us know. This store gives Metro PCS a really bad name. ?

My husband was sold a broken phone. We took it back to the store the next day and they reset it. Phone was still having issues so we took it back again and they order a new phone and they told us it would be a 20 fee......took a week for the phone to come and now they are telling us we can't get the new phone because of a small scratch on it..... you sold us a broken phone and now they don't want to replace it. They told us we have to go through insurance and they want a 100 dollars to replace a phone that was sold to us BROKEN. Manager was no help at all and I see that this has happened before at this store by looking at the reviews
