Do not go there, very unprofessional, making non english speaken people go through a nightmare, they promised a regular price if they come back before the next bill and when customers showed up realized their plans vary every month from 60 to more than 100 per line, especially Angel, who stated to one of my relatives that nothing is going to happen to him when we ask for a supervisor

The best customer service I've ever experienced at a metro pcs store angel is by far the best store manager who helped upgrade my phone and get me the phone I want I recommend everyone to come to this location

It was a pleasure to meet both Angel and Sunny. Very patient gentlemen. They were able to help me get everything to my new phone, it was a hassle . My phone was acting crazy and they really had no problem resolving the issues. Thank you .

Angel and Sonny are AMAZING! The internet kept going in and out but the customer service by these 2 was so great that I didn’t even mind. They were patient and went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!

Workers were very welcoming and provided me with all the information that I needed and answered any questions that I had. They provided me with good recommendations of purchases. Angel the manager assisted me on two occasions that I came to purchase a phone and helped make the process easy and quick.

Went to metro and I had a good customer service experience.
I met Haider and Angel who accommodated my whole family.
I came with my wife and 6kids and they had good customer service and transparency.
They helped us with the kids and helped set up our account also helped us choose the best plan.
All 8 of us left happy.
