Joanna was so helpful She was so helpful and she really took the time to actually talk to me and tell asked me what I really needed. She was so helpful. Thank you so much. I wish there were a 1000 of her working at your stores 'cause she would make a difference in all them stories locations volume of business because she is so good at her job. Customer service is impact for a business. My experience in this store is unfortunately unpleasant, an employee named David with a miserable attitude is distinguished by a lack of education, he does not understand English, much less Spanish. Please hire qualified people. When I got to the store the first thing he told me was that he didn't know if he could help me due to lack of internet. They are those people who just want to be paid without working. bitter and unhappy.

It's a shame, this store is great but unfortunately no display of details of specific. Employees have to read a piece of paper and hopefully they give you all the details. when they're trying to sell you a phone they tell you the specific and details of the features but they don't tell you what the phone doesn't bring and doesn't have. Example- Google pixel 6 a- having to buy your own separate charger after spending $290, cell phone does not have headphone jack so only Bluetooth devices, no fingerprints scan feature. It's simple things but would have been good to know. Besides that great customer service. If it wasn't for that 5 stars. They should have tablets to display all phones features and details just a simple solution.

I’m very happy with the service. I am not happy with the third-party retailer, selling me a 4G phone and telling me that I would have just as good as service and it’s just not true so I was completely lied to, and the phone that they sold me was completely misrepresented. I went back one week later when I was off work again and tried to find out what my options were from the person who talked me into this phone and she said there are none unless I pay full price for another phone I am currently trying to reach the regional manager through one of the corporate stores to try and take care of this issue.

They have become shady and are now ripping off their customers. Making them think they are paying for protection for them if they lose their phoneThey then are told they are not covered they don't have protection against loss of their phone like they had before. Instead they have online protection making them think they had protection which just happens to be the same price.
