Andrea was amazing. She was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. As an older customer it is sometimes hard to understand these phones and she was able to help so much. Please thank her for her excellent customer service. She a valuable asset to your company. If all of your employees were like her you would be the number one business in phones.

it is the only store that could help me thanks # 1 Raul It helped me to talk about 10 minutes to close the store but I didn't give it that very kindly, I was I called 611 and fortunately they could help me and even I went to other stores They told me we can't transfer a google number fi to metro-by t mobile From the moment I told Raul he told me very sure don't worry, I'll help you He also told me when he has finished if you have poles, come see me and thanks I don't have any very good job RAUL

This is the worst place I ever been too i was on vacation and had no way to contact anyone for pick up so I went in and asked nicely if i could please charge my phone a couple minutes the one guy that worked there said it was fine just for 5 minutes but the female in there was rude and unhelpful i have never witness anyone be rude and unconsiderate I hope if she ever finds herself in that situation they treat her how she treated us .

i was in & out of this place in minutes . one of the customer service reps named Jennifer helped me to figure out the volume on my fathers phone ! she is optomistic and a wuick thinker . i loved the service she gave me and will continue to use my local metro by t-mobile! you rock girl ! big thumbs up . my father is 81 and you know we do anything to make the old man satisfied . thanks again !
