I came to the store to open up four lines for me and my children and I was ripped off… I was told I was being charged for an activation fee, but when I called directly to MetroPCS corporate, they said no that I shouldn’t have been charged for activation once reviewing my receipt and the charges they added on accessories that I didn’t ask for and made it sound like they were giving them to me for free as a gift for switching when indeed they were just trying to make an extra hundred dollars off of me in accessory fees I could’ve saved $100 by not having those fees on there and as a new customer that is very unprofessional and is leaving a bad taste in my mouth

Daniel was awesome! He went above and beyond from the beginning. He set me up in the right plans and phone. He is honest and relatable. He kept my phone safe when I left it there charging.

SCAMMERS!!!. They are charging lots of illegal hidden fees. She is not telling to you all of the hidden fees dhe was making up herself illegally at first. Later on she add hidden fees when you except one, she adds others illegal hidden fees too... and of, you will get tired of it her scams and illegal hidden fees and you will get out with no phone. Anyway... You will go to other stores ( Be Careful some of them Scammers!!)or my recommendation go into internet, buy your phone or get activation from internet. Lots of good deals on the internet. Don't even stop it to this SCAMMER 's store.SCAMMERS!! If you see any good review for this store, don't believe it, there is coming from family and friends and employee's family and friends too... Honestly, nothing good about this store, only SCAMMERS!!

This place is literally dangerous. If you wan't to get shot come here. Employee literrally had her husband pull a gun out on a customer right in front of a kid inside the store, I witness from outside. Check the cameras Mon Oct 11 in the evening . Metro PCS please check Cameras OCT 11 Monday evening lady working has her husband there with a gun . Not a safe environment . Huge red flag.
