So sad that they get to stay open and constantly rip people off... SHAME ON YOU METROPCS FOR LETTING THESE people still operate with the MetroPCS name it is totally unexceptable! And for someone to go on the reviews and have the nerve to say thank you for the good review is a joke... That is probably one of the lying worker's.. And it is just terrible SHAME ON YOU

This is THE WORST Metro by T-Mobile store you could never hope to visit. My wife went in recently, when we determined it was time for us to join the 5g revolution, and bought, she thought, two 5g phones. But, when she got home we discovered the sales agent had slipped two Moto G Pures(LTE) in the bag instead. They never corrected the "error"; even though we had the receipt that said we paid for two Revvl 6 Pros(5g). So, there are Metro stores everywhere, and I encourage you to visit any one but this one.

Customer service is terrible they favor to Mexicans & do not listen to america English when ah custermer is speaking to them I will never go there again the only reason I did is because the store is close to my house & thought it would be easier to handle paying my phone bill but I see now it would have been better to pay it on line since there employees don't understand English I thought I lived in America until I walked in this store.

Belle helped us out and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Even though it was getting busy she still answered all of our questions and was very patient with us!

I purchased two phones, three phone cases, and one new line. It took almost two hours and I was overcharged $120. The manager or supervisor or whoever she was, is rude and should've probably been given a math course before she was given the position, when they know their POS system is so out of date.There was also another woman in the store complaining about being over charged when she was in the store the day before and the manager kept telling her she was wrong. The customer was obviously correct, seeing as I too was overcharged, but my husband didn't think it was worth it to go back. He was already annoyed we spent so much time there.

Clerk Was Unacceptable. The Long Haired Latino Employee With Glasses Had Me And Another Young Man; who Was There Before I Was, Waiting For Quite Some Time While He Stretched The Time With The Customer In Front Of Him. It Was Clear He Was Using This Older Woman To Avoid Taking Any Customers.. So I Addressed It After Ten Minutes Of Him Not Acknowledging Me At All And He Took My Payment. But If I Hadn't Took Action Myself I'm Sure I Would've Been Waiting There For 35 Minutes. With Employees Like That You Might As Well Have Kiosks Instead..

Let me also say that the while I was inquiring about a cell phone charger the employee name Rosa walked in with NO MASK on!! I guess her shift started. Sold me a bogus cell phone charger and when I wanted to exchange it they told me I had to pay 10.00 more but I already paid 16.00 for a bogus phone charger. And i specifically ask for a samsung charger that goes with my phone. I felt that i shouldn't have to pay extra because of the inconvenience of that charger not working .Rosa the girl that works there had a slight attitude that I did not appreciate.
