I have literally been trying for months to sign up for a program that they offer and they can not figure out why it isn't working and made no effort to try and fix it. Total incompetence. I can't even right now.

I love this store and Christian excellent customer service he's the best worker that is there is he knows how to do everything he knows his stuff and is friendly and understanding hope he gets a raise. He's my favorite and because of him I'm always going to come to this store thank you Christian!!!!! You're the best

Don't go to this store lousy customer service! And always busy, rip offs. Don't buy metro pcs been with them for years and no deals for loyal customers! If I could give 0 stars even that would be to much! They'll rip you off here!

This store automatically rejects calls. If you need a store that you may contact via telephone, find another location. I called this store 10 times in order to see if they have a case for a tablet I just purchased at another location down the street. Now I'm waiting for a bus to travel down the street to see if they have the case I need. I'm not going to be too pleased if I catch this bus down there and they don't have the case I need in stock.

Worst place for Business!!!! No manager is ever in store. I was also at their location on TROPICANA & DECATUR & the lady in charge at the moment said sometimes they don't have the phones in stock because the owner takes them to sell them for his own pocket, term she used was "Flipping them?"

I am always treated so nice when i have a qwestion about my phone the two people at Metro PCS at 3739 E. Desert Inn Rd. Las Vegas, Nv. 89121 show so much patients and are always helpful this tells me they enjoy working with people. I highly recommend this store location!

Terrible place, just check the pics I post. Lunchbreak be back at 2:30pm, its 3pm now and Ive waited outside for 30 mins . noone should shop here.

It seems they give a much better deal if you switch but if you are a long time customer you are a paying almost full price. I guess switching will be the option for me to get a good price on a phone. They should seriously look into the cost of new customer acquisition versus customer retention.
