Went in there to pay my bill on Wednesday. This guy there had to be as tall as a God damn tree and look like a bouncer with a scary look on his face. Open the door for me, I was scared did not know if he worked there. Turns out the guy was a sweetheart. Very nice to me and help me with my phone. After everything was done he just made me feel very welcome did not get his name though. Idk what T-Mobile is doing but they must be hiring security guards there now . No way that guy is a regular worker built like a horse.

Yesterday I went to the metro to change sim cards there were 2 employees around their 20's it would cost 20 to change phone sim to the other phone I saw they didn't go on the computer to change things after I paid and left they laugh on something I check the phone it shows no service after they switch sim card on my phone and I went to the other metro they help me the cashier told me they never change the phone sim to reactive the phone. NEVER GO THIS METRO!!! They don't know what their doing

The employees were outstanding great customer service skills amazing promotions .They both were a big help especially Jazzy her and the other girl Xiomara are fantastic sales people . I bought a phone and a case with a protector for a reasonable price they know there stuff on phones if you go i recommend you ask for them specifically. iv been here before and never felt so special then reviving there help they are the best

Don't come here girl name Paola, she does not know the definition of customer service, does not have no interest on helping a customer, Girl was sooo busy on her phone that she didn't pay attention. Also kept chewing gum in front of me while making faces like she didn't have the time to help me. Rude place and worse store ever will not return

dont spend your money here, worse customer service ever! the girl that is cuban has a big mouth and rude as hell, also told her suppose boss which is a lady name by kim. you need to learn how to manage your employees and hire educated people instead of these street kids with issues
