They were closed an hour before the actual time stated on their door. I guess it's due to staffing issues. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Worst place to go the Mexican with braces that works is the worst person he didn't even let explain one why I was the and two got smart with me and I ask him if I can get my daughter phone or how I can I get my daughter phone and third he just point to a sign and said nothing so I walk out so I will not being going there anymore ill take my business else where and I shouldn't have even been treat that way

i was in & out of this place in minutes . one of the customer service reps named Jennifer helped me to figure out the volume on my fathers phone ! she is optomistic and a wuick thinker . i loved the service she gave me and will continue to use my local metro by t-mobile! you rock girl ! big thumbs up . my father is 81 and you know we do anything to make the old man satisfied . thanks again !

On January 1, 2021 I went to pick up a warranty replacement phone. I was first waited on by Endia who was very nice. Jadela then finished helping me. She is very pleasant, helpful and Customer Focused. She is also very knowledgeable on the phone products. I really enjoyed her out going personality and help.
